    Great summer vacation in Philoxenia

    The main reason why we have chosen this hotel is because it had great facilities and half board/full board MEAL OPTIONS, which is GREAT for FAMILIES WITH KIDS.Hotel manager Irini made sure we are all good and that everything is running smoothly. The food was abundant and various, with theme days (Greek, seafood, Asian etc.). Make sure to try delicious Greek specialties their cooks make. Most of the guest are from the region (RO, BG, SR) but there were also guests from other parts of Europe as well (UKR, UK, GER etc.)The beach is some 200 meters walk down through the pine cone woods. You can also enjoy some natural tree shade on the beach, which is a very nice feat! The beach is clean, the water is warm, there are beach bars with nice music -- classic Halkidiki experience :)There are no clubs in the town as far as we noticed.We are family of 4, stayed for 12 days in July-August this year, we stayed in new building and really enjoyed our stay.

    The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean. Service was great and the host was always super helpful. Food was amazing, lots of different options, which was good because we stayed with our child.

    Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great food (and plenty on half board). Lots of cats and kittens around the resort but they seem healthy and friendly (they are blocked from getting into the restaurant currently so you have to walk round to the front entrance).

    just back from holiday here. what a great hotel. staff were great,polite helpful, really pleasant. rooms were great, and cleaned everyday, beds changed daily, food was brilliant lots of choice. loads of amenities 3 pools, zumba, yoga, kids club. even found out was wifes birthday and put wine and fruit in the room. great hotel.

    Our stay at the Philoxenia Hotel was very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and there was always something tasty to choose from... The waiters took good care of the guests and brought drinks and wine to the tables. There was always something fun going on at the hotel, with Zumba and aerobics in the pool every day, entertainment for children at 7 p.m., and then entertainment for adults, i.e., live music, bingo, and various games and activities. However, what we liked most was relaxing by the pool with a delicious latte and the very friendly and nice lifeguard who took great and professional care of all the guests. The lifeguard at the pool was very good with children and showed us some very cool exercises in the pool when my friend's back started to hurt. The lifeguard was always smiling and helpful, you could see that he liked his job. It was a very successful vacation, we didn't want to go home...
