Facility

The resort was modernised in 2021. The resort has 232 rooms, including 14 junior suites and 29 suites, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Cosmetic products and background music provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has 33 family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and volleyball or, for a fee, paddle tennis, are offered at the resort. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics (no extra charge). The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a spa, a steam bath, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    When I booked this holiday, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect travelling as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 and 12). However, if you value great service, a hotel that isn’t too large, a family-friendly atmosphere, excellent food, a kids’ club, and exceptional cleanliness, then do not hesitate to book this hotel.We booked the suite package, which included a sea view room 620 and access to the Acropolis Restaurant. There is also a buffet restaurant option, which was great too, and the friendly bar staff always made us feel welcome. I also loved the spotless beach on site with its crystal clear waters and easy access, which was perfect for families. There were plenty of outdoor shower areas to wash the sand off after the beach, as well as lots of comfortable seating areas around the hotel to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I really appreciated having the choice of delicious seafood in a more intimate setting, and I’m so glad we chose this package.I usually like trying different places and very rarely return to the same hotel, but the level of service and attention to detail here means I would happily come back without hesitation.Some of the extra touches that really stood out:Room cleaning twice a day – even the slippers were replaced regularly.We went through lots of towels with the children, and they were constantly replenished without us even needing to ask.The mini bar was refilled daily.The mini disco every evening at 8:30pm was fantastic. The animation team had endless energy and were so kind and engaging with the children, making sure everyone had a great time.Face painting for the little ones was another lovely touch.The seafood and service at the Acropolis Restaurant felt very personal, welcoming, and high quality.The food throughout the hotel was plentiful, fresh, and delicious.The shop next door to the hotel, “The Market,” was also excellent and very affordable. We bought souvenirs, buckets and spades, and floaties there for much cheaper than prices back in the UK.Lastly, I highly recommend the spa treatments — Irini’s head, neck, and shoulder massage was absolutely incredible!Thank you for the memories Ravinder & Harvey

    This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at - I’ve already returned twice in just one season. It’s an ideal choice for families with children: delicious food, a spacious playground, a comfortable beach, and immaculate cleanliness.Many thanks to the hotel manager Albert, whose attention to detail made our stay exceptional.     The rooms are kept immaculate every day cleaning service is excellent. All the staff is pleasant and well mannered,. The girls in the restaurant waitresses and waiters are excellent, especially the sous chef Vicky , restaurant, floor, manager Sia , and the three servers /waitresses Zoi, Ira,, Sara were always running and serving non stop, my family was very happy and impressed with the services and amenities of the hotel. Food was excellent with a good variety every day and we would recommend and will recommend this hotel to our families and close friends.     One could not expect more. It’s a resort with a private beach, swimming pool, places for children to play, tennis courts. We had a package all inclusive: five meals, alcohol at outdoor and indoor bars. Only complaint that there were hardly tv channels for Anglophones. Staff was very polite and efficient and rooms well appointed. Free in room bar is filled each day.Twelve-member family spent 6 days happily.
