Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. Rooms include a king-size bed. Extra beds are available upon request. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television, a games console and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Amenities in the bathrooms include a baby bath. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, paddle tennis and jogging are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as kayaking, snorkelling and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, catamaraning and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and pilates. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children (no extra charge).

Meals

Dining facilities include an à-la-carte restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet and à la carte. Children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being. The resort also offers snacks. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

    The stay was unbelievable. We came from Pomegranate hotel which was awful and not ready for the season. When came here - the stuff was amazing. Especially Afroditi from guest relations - she was so kind and cooperative. Thank you Sani you made a vacation of our kids unforgettable! We will come back next summer again

    Had a fantastic trip to Sani Beach again! This is our fourth visit. Thank you to Nicole, the deputy GM, for looking after us so fabulously and truly going the extra mile. You made our stay extra special, and I am genuinely grateful for you. Also, I must thank Maria and Dimitri from Veranda restaurant for their amazing service every morning and for being so gracious with us. Agge from Ammos was a breath of fresh air; I love your energy and positive vibes. I loved relaxing at Ammos after breakfast because of your wonderful hospitality. Lastly, I must mention Roman for taking care of our dietary needs and ensuring our allergens were properly managed.

    Lovely Resort

    We were very happy to return to Sani Resort.The resort is beautiful and perfect for families with so many options to do.The most important thing in Sani is that the people are lovely, they treated us like family.They always went beyond every expectation to facilitate everything for us.Thank you very much to the Team from Poseidon Restaurant, they are truly lovely people who cared for us with so much love.So many thanks to Kostas, Thanasis,Paraskevi (Vivi), Lilia, Iliana, Maria, Gary, Esmeralda, Nisa and the rest of their exceptional team.We were very happy to see again the amazing Andreea from Front Desk , she is simply the best , so thoughtful and dedicated.When we left Sani, we didn't leave behind only a beautiful place , we also left the people behind, we created so many beautiful friendships.We will return in the future, for the beauty of this resort but especially for the kind people that made our stay very enjoyable.We are looking forward to see everyone again.

    Not what it used to be

    This was the first time I was not blown away by the service at Sani. Perhaps if it was my first time I would've been but we've been going to Sani since 2012 and I'm noticing a decline in service. It seems the new staff is not well aware of the resort's amenities and the dine around is not clear to them. The rooms have always been impeccably clean but this year there were dust balls under the bed. Also, on arrival we requested a kids bathrobe and they forgot to bring. That has never happened before! In addition, one evening before dinner we had coffee and wine on the terrace. When we returned, the glasses were taken away but the napkins were left there. Not that I can't throw away my own napkin but Sani's not about that. We waited 15 for service at the lobby bar one evening - no one came. Finally, it was Kostas from reception who ordered drinks. Don't get me wrong - I can go to the bar and order my drinks, I can clean my table, I can wait every day for the staff to figure out if their beach bar is part of dine around or not, and if we are really full board or not but my 14 years of visiting Sani have thought me otherwise.This was the "bad" part. Otherwise, Sani is as perfect as always. Many thanks to Andrei, Head of Room Divisions, for setting up our room before arriving; Kostas from Poseidon - just seeing his smile makes me feel at home! Our daughter loves him so much! Roman - always the most elegant staff member - and always a pleasure to talk to him! Dionisis by the splash pool - I think they've left him to man the splash pool alone but we didn't even feel it! He was always there! Just like Kostas from the reception who was always ready to help! I'm so happy that Andreea from Guest Relations is still at Sani and I can only hope Ikos doesn't steal her away. I cannot imagine Sani Beach without her! Neither can I imagine the hotel and Bousoulas without George!We had a fabulous dinner at Lima and our waitress Nelly was amazing! I hope to see her grow through the managerial level the same way I've seen Andreea, George, Tamara, and Thanos (unfortunately, still in Mallorca. Bring him back!)And finally, a huge thank you to Christos, the Head of Lifeguard - my husband literally crashed his big toe on the stairs and Christos treated him!It will be great to have someone like him 24/7 at the hotel. Later in the same day our daughter got stung by a jellyfish (perhaps the only one living in the region) and it was nothing but there was no one there to see her. They offered to call a doctor but there was no point. I got an ointment from the pharmacy.

    Perfect Stay at Sani Resort! 🌴

    We had an extraordinary stay at Sani Resort, a true paradise. The services were exceptional, with everything from the rooms to the meals and facilities being impeccable. Andreea Trif took personal care of every detail to make it perfect, even surprising my parents with a celebration for their wedding anniversary – that made our time there even more enjoyable. Though the resort is already like heaven, her attention elevated it further. Highly recommend, 5 stars!
