    WORST HOTEL EVER, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- HOTEL NEEDS CLOSING DOWN

    PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY - THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.I’m currently on holiday with my family in what I can only say is the worst hotel I have ever been too. It’s that bad we have had to cut short the holiday and will be going home today.This hotel is rated by TUI as a 5* - it is by no stretch of the imagination a 5*, the best thing would be to close it down.There are no facilities, SPA is closed, Shop is closed, bar in the hotel reception (if you could call it a bar) is closed. The rooms are absolutely awful, everyone in my party has moved rooms but still no improvement. There is mould in the bathrooms which the Manage has tried to say is not mould but either a water stain or a pattern on the wall. There is no shower curtains/screen (apparently they don’t have any) Air conditioning doesn’t work, we’ve had issue with the water and last night the lift broke .The Management are unhelpful and very dismissive, most of the staff are nice. You also need to be aware that there is no TUI Rep at this hotel, it took us four days to get a Rep out here to show them how bad this hotel really is.This is just a short review to try and stop other people who are thinking of coming here to not come.I’m being really serious when I say do not book this hotel, I read some of the reviews before we came but I thought they were exaggerating- unfortunately they weren’t.

    This has got to be one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. No way is it a 5-star, barely a 3. Nothing about this hotel is 5-star - please avoid at all costs.Same food every day for lunch and dinner and - couldn't wait to get home to have something different and decent to eat, and a decent cup of tea. Only the one restaurant, no a la carte, no entertainment, nothing.Spa was closed and all associated facilities too.Attitude of staff was shrug the shoulders.PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.

    This is the worst hotel that we hv ever bin on. Had to be moved rooms 4 times, only because we kept emailing our travel company, TUI and complaining to the staff, who agreed this wasn't 5star hotel, but barely a 3star.. The coach to this hotel took 3 hrs , which was supposed to take 1hr and we were shown to a ground floor room with a wall and foliage so it was like a cave, after complaining we went to a room with no wardrobe doors, a bra hanging from the door and a filthy toilet, the furnishings were out of the arc, then we were shown to another room, overlooking a carpark, leaking shower, nio stopper in the sink, this is all on the 1st day, we were gasping for water, but they said u hv to but it. I ended up ill. No rep to look after u, dirty beach, sewer smells here and there.Loads of emails back and forth for 5 days and finally got another room with a Seaview, outdated furniture AND TUI recommended we went here, perfect for us. We are 2 elderly ladies and it was full of Eastern European families. TUI offered us £150 in vouchers to put towards another holiday, no more as we had now bin there for 6 days, unbelievable. Looking forward to going back home and only just recovering from laryngitis and a virus

    I don’t even know where to start from!This hotel is horrible, the room are very dirty the bathrooms have molds ! How disgusting. The food is the same everyday! The beach is full of rocks! The only thing about this is the friendly staff ( but not all of them) Overall a horrible experience

    Room was not very clean, two small shampoos left every day for 4 people, it was a bad smell from the bathroom and the very old AC was leaking water eventhough we did not use it. All inclusive was not at the level it should be in 5 star hotel. Pool area not clean. It was never cleaned for 1 week while we were there. Some of the staff were not nice, they were not friendly at all. Food was so so, not very many options to choose. Beach was not very clean.The good things about this resort is location right at seashore and the seawater was amazing.
