We visit the Allimounda Mare at September of 2025. As i whrote the experience was very bad. The cleaning of the hotel was very bad at all the comon areas and at our room too. We stay for 4 days and nobody all these days change our sheets and our pillows cases of our room. The sheets that we found at our arrival had visible stains , which make me uncomfortable. When i checked in i found the bathroom had not been properly cleaned,with hair and grime in the sink and shower. For the price and the hotel reputation i expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately i can not recommend this hotel and hope management takes steps to improve their housekeeping standards.

Excellent stay in Alimounda Mare

We have stayed in the hotel 10 days in the last weeks of September 2025. The hotel is very nice situated on the bay of Pigadia. The center of Pigadia (Karpathos Town) is located 15 minutes walk from the hotel, with a very nice harbour environment, day and evening.The cleaning services in the hotel are very good, rooms, restaurant (excellent), garden, every where. Rooms are comfortable and on the right level. Another thing that stands out is the friendliness and service orientation of the staff, very enjoyable to experience. In the restaurant we were often served by Shakir, our host every evening. We appreciated his excellent professional attitude and hospitality, but again all staff was service oriented. Also the customer service manager contacted all guests frequently, we felt welcome in the hotel and really enjoyed our stay here.

What a beautiful resort. The accommodations, the view, the facilities are all top notch. We enjoyed our time here immensely. It was hard to say goodbye. We highly recommend this hotel.

Jenny was the best. Special treatment and a wonderful experience. Facility is top notch. Really hated to leave. Bar and restaurants were some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was extra helpful and happy. A little warmer pool would have been fantastic. A total 10.
