    We were due to stay at this hotel in August 2025 but unfortunately had to cancel our reservation. The cancellation was made well within the timeframe specified in their cancellation policy. Despite this, we have not received our refund.We have followed up multiple times via email, yet our messages have been ignored and no meaningful response has been provided. As a result, we remain €2,000 out of pocket.This is not an acceptable or professional way to operate a business. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise against booking with this hotel.

    Belle View - a gem run by gems!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Belle View. It is located in a quiet area of the lovely village of Magganos. Most of the time (of our 7 days) there were just a handful of guests and we felt like we had the place to ourselves which was fantastic. The highlight of Belle View is the three hard-working, courteous and kind-hearted employees who ensured all week that our stay was enjoyable - always attending to our needs and ready to ensure everything was just so and always with a friendly smile and daily chats! The hotel owners should be very proud of their people, they are a true asset to Belle View.

    Great experience at the Belle View Hotel

    We enjoyed our 3 days early in July 2025, staying at the Belle View Hotel, while on our 21 day tour of Kefalonia.Everything was perfect & we had a very good time.Our room was upgraded & we had a sea view. The service we received from the 3 staff there was excellent, & the breakfast they prepared was delicious.We hope to return to this hotel later this year & will definitely recommend it to our family & friends.

    A Bed and Breakfast Experience Not A Hotel

    There is much to like about this hotel. It is remote, has lovely views, good sized rooms, a lovely pool, and good staff. So why only 3 stars. Essentially the hotel is non existent after 7pm - not even the bar is open. There is no on site meal facility - and no guidance given about evening options. We were fine but others may not be. The rooms didn’t even have a kettle in or tea/coffee facilities so coming back from a long day out you couldn’t even get a cup of tea. Breakfast is basic. So essentially this is a B and B offer which may not suit all.

    What a fabulous week in this hotel and made extra special by Dinos and Anna , just couldn't fault it lovely from start to finish. We will definitely be back as the customer service and friendliness was beyond compare. Anyone wishing to have a beautiful place to stay near fiskardo with fabulous sunsets this is the place for you.
