  I can't fault this Hotel, view is magical and all the staff are very welcoming and informative. I highly recommend this Hotel, I'll definitely be back. Dave, Plymouth.

  A Room With A View

  The owner was there to meet us and take us to our room on the first floor overlooking the harbour. Good size balcony which caught the morning sun.Lovely view of the harbour.Very quiet location but you really need a car to get about as it is on the top of a steep hill.

  Arrived met by the owner, taken to our room 12. Seen on a previous post that it was a guests birthday the owner arranged for a bottle of champagne and flowers to surprise the recipient, I arranged this, a €11 bottle of Asti and some half dead flowers was provided for €30, rip off! I complained but was told the cost was for the champagne!! Don’t ask for it , it will save you money!Very basic accommodation, mattress not at all comfortable, the pillows was disgusting dirty. Decor ok, no toaster, microwave, broken kettle (which was replaced) only one dish( I went into the cleaners store room and there was odd bits of crockery which I took, cleanliness was very good. No sink plug so no way to fill the sink to wash dishes, asked for one but never got it. Bathroom very small but clean. Patio sliding door catch broken, main door won’t stay closed without locking it and constantly rattled. Very noisy accommodation, it did state on that there was sound proofing but that’s not true, I kept the air con overnight to drown out moving furniture and door’s banging. “Try add a small bistro table and chairs in the kitchen area, wall cupboard, better assorted plates and utensils required”It states the apartments are 3* but they are a million miles from being so. Not available to keep our room for a later check out, was told there was new people going in as we left, but 6 hours later the room was still vacant, no show from owner as we left at 5pm, really poor. I would not return, there are much better apartments around the same area.

  Good location when you arrive with the ferry. Poros is a nice village. It is pretty, has good restaurants, a beach and not so many tourists. The view from the spacious balconies are amazing both day and night. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The rooms could need some update but they were clean and everything worked well.

  Excellent, value-for-money, friendly apartments. Helpful rtesidential owner. Ask for an apartment on the east side and then in the evening you have shade to sit on the balcony to write your reviews. Or whatever. 10 minutes gentle walk to harbour for tourist boat trips and the 1.5 hour ferry to the mainland. Late opening supermarket by the port and a pleasant though unexciting taverna, too. Two excellent places to eat slightly further up the hill -- Sunset and Agripodos.The old port/town is maybe 20 mins walkwith clean beaches and lots of cafes. Virtually no buses, but local taxi to the airport is €60.
