Karavomlos and Sami are known also for their natural beauty with phenomenal features such as the Melissani Cave and Grotto (1 km away), the Drogarati Cave (5 km away) and luscious vegetation. Myrtos Beach is approximately 15.5 km from the conference hotel. Guests will find bars and shops in Sami, nightlife around 3 km from the beach hotel, restaurants just 150 m away and a bus station 50 m away. Kefalonia Island International Airport is approximately 35 km from the spa complex.

Guests have a choice of 38 rooms, including 2 single rooms and 31 double rooms, located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. We had an enjoyable stay overall, and the hotel was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. However, there were a few things that left us disappointed.Having to share the pool area with the neighbouring 3-star hotel was not ideal, particularly as guests from that hotel were reserving sunbeds while we were still having breakfast. This made it difficult to find available beds when we were ready to use the pool.We were also disappointed that the hotel did not feel as inclusive as described in the Jet2 holiday information. As we had a later flight on our departure day, we expected there to be a suitable, lockable room where guests could change. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one available, so we had to use the disabled toilet to get changed, which was not ideal.The cleanliness and staff were definitely positives, and we did enjoy our holiday. However, given these issues, we wouldn’t choose to return to this hotel or pay the higher price again, as we don’t feel the overall experience represented good value for money.

This is lovely hotel in a great location. Sami is about a 20 minute walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants there.Breakfast at the hotel was good. We loved the pool area. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.We loved Kefalonia and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on the beach in Sami. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is quiet and you are a distance from many of the “must see hotspots”. Get my guide has most of these covered in one or two trips and collection point is across the road from reception.The hotel is only a short walk along the beach to the village and Marina. There are several restaurants there. Some are actually on the pebble beach. Any subsequent visit we would go on a B&B basis, we went half board, the food is exceptional but the menu didn’t change in the time we were there. Beware of the portion sizes each of the salads (starters for one) are delicious and a full meal for two on their own. Wine prices are very reasonable and there is a well stocked bar. Breakfast is much busier than dinner. The breakfast offer is predominantly Mediterranean in style and very fresh , there is also a limited English breakfast offering.The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel, the island is definitely worth a trip.Location 7/10Accommodation 9/10Food 9/10Staff 10/10Overall 9/10Would I return: YES, already exploring dates

Stayed at this hotel earlier in the summer. As others have said the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location couldn’t be better, just outside Sami, so quiet, but such a lovely walk into town. Sami has lots of good restaurants. All the meals we had were very good value, especially if you have house wine. Hotel breakfast restaurant has beautiful views and very good service. Fresh fruit every day was excellent. If the hotel had any fault it would be that the evening restaurant is very quiet, so lacks atmosphere. Ignore any negative comments, we had an extremely relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a very beautiful part of the world. We will certainly return to this hotel, highly recommended.
