Stayed for a week in September 19th to 26th.The location is ideal bang in the centre of the resort, which itself is very quiet, very much a taverna based holiday. Back in the day I can imagine the hotel was magnificent but now is showing major signs of decay.The room was fine ,dated but cleaned every day,hot shower ,comfortable bed all you really need.Pool area fine plenty of beds and room to chill out.Breakfast is horrendous, probably the worst I have ever experienced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return but would avoid the breakfast.

Stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute of my time here, staff were amazing and very friendly, hotel location is great for getting to all the nearby beaches and restaurants, also a bus stop right outside!The rooms were perfect for me, comfy bed, warm shower and nice balcony, pool area is very spacious with plenty of beds, I'll definitely return, great place to stay if your a solo traveller, met some really nice people.

Lovely hotel, staff are all exceptional; kind, friendly and very attentive. Very relaxing, peaceful area, short walk to the beaches with a handful of great rest nearby. Maybe bring a travel kettle for your room if you like a hot drink! Room spacious and clean with good working air con.

Book for 6 days for a birthday surprise for my Mrs, but it turned out to be a nightmare.It was categorised as 3 stars , but to be honest , it should be 2 star hotel.The night we arrived at 10pm , because our flight was delayed for 3 hours in London, the thought of having a nice cosy room turn out to be rubbish. Mrs was not impressed and almost left for the room.The Hotel needs new modelling, the room needs refurbishing, they have a tv in the room like 14 inch , which is from 1990, not even working, the shower is small cube with just a curtain covering it, some lights are broken, the air conditioner though looks like a 2000 model works fine.The Staff however deserves a 4 star rating, helpful and always smiles.The transportation is a nightmare, only a public bus that runs every hour that stops in the front of the hotel is the cheapest option, unless you want to spend £23 to book a taxi to go to central.The bus stops to all beaches in the area which is a bonus.Otherwise avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable, cosy and money worth place to stay in Kefalonia

Was looking for a cheap July holiday and came across Irinna hotel, transfer time was 7 minutes, superb, flew over the hotel whilst landing. Reception was superb a couple of minutes and I was checked in. Initial thoughts were the hotel looked dated but clean. Room was 2 single beds for myself, balcony, shower and bathroom were spotless.Lovely clean room. Swimming pool is beautiful with plenty of loungers, got the same one every day with no problems. Breakfast is the only negative point, tea coffee, plenty bread and spreads, cheese and ham slices and boiled eggs, croissants.lived on toast and coffee.Pool bar serves lovely basic meals and beers etc.staff amazing Spiros at the bar is brilliant, cleaners amazing, reception staff superb.Would I go back you bet I would. 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach. Only mistake I made never hired a moped.Jorge at the bar thanks.Receptionist I forgot her name was brilliant and so helpful. Bus stop to the capital is at the end of hotel driveway, 25 minutes on bus cost €2.
