The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Wonderful hotel in a peaceful setting

    We spent 10 days in this wonderful hotel in the peaceful countryside close to Katelios beach.The hotel only has 9 rooms and no bar in the evening so if you want peace & quiet and birdsong, this is the place for you.Rooms are large and comfortable with spacious terraces or balconies with great views of the surrounding hills. The fully tiled bathroom has a fully enclosed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water.Sofia is a superb host and always available to help. The hotel grounds are in very good order and the rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the impressive pool area.The Greek breakfast is plentiful with coffee, orange cake & yoghurt the highlights.

    Everything we’d hoped

    We had been coming to Kateleios for a number of years and liked the look of Villa dei Sogni so this year we booked it. Basically, it was everything we’d hoped. Very peaceful, lovely views and Sofia goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a good time. The breakfast is a perfect start to the day with four different jams, all locally made. We were the last to leave for the season but the breakfast was as well stocked on the last day as on our first. We usually had the pool to ourselves and the loungers are comfortable and well padded. The rooms are very high spec and the bed is enormous. Quite a long walk into town but all the better for developing an appetite. We will definitely be back.

    A wonderful relaxing family holiday

    From start to finish we can’t fault this place. We are a family of 3, with a 14 year old daughter.Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from Sophia where she showed us our room and facilities. If you want a charming and relaxed environment, this is the place! Breakfast was ample; cereals, toast, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, pastries, tinned fruit and yoghurt set us up for the day. The pool area was always clean and quiet, and the pool was lovely and warm. The room itself had a kettle and iron available, a fridge, tv and safe. The beds were firm, but that’s ok by me! A powerful shower in a cubicle (no curtain!) was always hot. The location is slightly out of the main resort area, but a 15/20 minute walk takes you to the beach and local amenities. The mini market at the top of the road is just 5 minutes away, a bakery is a little further towards Katelios, and there are 2 Tavernas, one in each direction, just 10 minutes from the accommodation. In Katelios itself there are many seafront restaurants, all serving similar items on their menus but all of excellent quality. We would recommend hiring a vehicle to explore the island. We hired quad bikes for 3 days to explore further afield. We would 100% return to Villa dei Sogni!

    Beautiful Little Gem With The Most Lovely Host

    I’ve been fortunate to stay in some beautiful places over the years, but I’ve got to say that Villa Dei Sogni is now way up there with the best!!This charming little gem offers a truly authentic experience, set in the most stunning, rural location, but a short walk away from amenities such as mini market, bakers and tavernas. A 15 minute stroll and you will find yourself on the beachfront where there is an excellent choice of restaurants, bars etc.Sofia, owner and host, is most welcoming and always on hand and her breakfasts were perfect for our needs- good selection of cereals, cakes, pastries , cheese , ham and the best Greek Yogurt we’ve ever tasted.We had a ground floor room, we loved sitting on the terrace each morning and listening to the birds… Bee eaters, Sardinian Warblers, in the evening we could hear Scops and Little Owls and one evening we were lucky enough to have a Barn Owl swoop over our heads as we walked back to our room, so if you are a nature lover, this is the perfect place for you .As others have mentioned, the pool area was never busy and we had it to ourselves on multiple occasions, although it’s always nice to chat to other guests, who, like us, thoroughly appreciate staying in such a special property.Highly recommend booking your stay with Sofia… we will definitely be back !!

    Fantastic quiet getaway

    If your looking for a quiet break this place is amazing, there are only 9 rooms so not crowded, we spent the whole holiday chilling out round the pool and at most there was 8 people total there although I would say half the time it was just us. The pool bar is open till 4 and caters to all you needs plus there is a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are big and have a great view of the mountains and the goats next door and they were cleaned everyday.The seafront is about a 15 minute walk which is not to bad, The swimming pool is fantastic by the afternoon is like getting in to a bath.All in all I thought it was great and would recommend
