  Had a fantastic time in Kos town, could not fault our hotel it was very clean throughout, the continental breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff made our stay very pleasurable and they are all so helpful thank you, the shower head broke while I was using it, reported it to the staff and it had been replaced when we got back that evening fantastic service. It's close to the old town (5minutes) loads of bars restaurants and shops, just down the road is the harbour which is very vibrant at night, if you are energetic across the road there is a cycle hire shop, we are to old for that so we hired a car from them😁There are old ruins close by that are very interesting. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

  Pros:Friendly staff Clean rooms/pool area Close to town and the beach Cons:Pool gets quite busy by 11am so you will need to get up early to get a space. There were lots of pool floats taking up a big corner of the pool and not in use.Small bedroom, but had all essentials you would need.Very dated bathroom with the smallest shower would be no good if you were above 6ft or a larger person.No fresh fruit at breakfast, would have loved a bananas. I’d recommend this hotel for its price but I think you could pay a tiny bit more and get something much nicer in my opinion.

  This is a lovely hotel with a real family feel. Ideally situated a few minutes walk from beaches, old town and Kos harbour. The staff are lovely and friendly! There was someone available at reception 24/7. The hotel is clean and well-kept. I will stay again when I return to Kos!

  Me and a mate of mine just came back on Friday. This hotel is definitely for the people wanting a Relaxed holiday. It has excellent A/C but has no Pool. Bars are close by and there’s a nice restaurant right next to the hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful. Check out isn’t until 12pm which is great and there’s always someone at reception even through the late hours. The hotel bar is open til 5am but don’t worry it wasn’t noisy at all. There’s 2 reasons why I only gave 4 stars I twice asked for extra pillows but never got any and the rooms are slightly too compact. Warning with the Showers, they are very powerful, you must run at half power otherwise you risk flooding bathroom floor like I did lol. I’ve never been to a hotel where literally nobody wants to sit at the hotel bar. We were the only 1s sat there. Bars are quite close by like 400 yards from hotel. Also it seems like all the bars in Kos don’t sell Draught beer only the restaurants. There’s a decent Rock bar round the corner but all the bars don’t even start getting packed until 11pm so if you’re out be prepared for late nights. Finally there’s loads of boats on the harbour and I went on 1 to take you to 3 other islands, Kalmynos, Pserimos and Plati. This is a must thing to do was great. Lots of museums and things to see. And definitely take a trip 17 miles down the road to see Donny’s live band. Taxis cost 40 euros to and from so would recommend getting a bus to get there. He plays excellent rock music. It’s actually the hotels receptionists brother and it’s his twin you can’t miss him! Also even though the Hotel has no pool you are allowed to use the pool in the hotel opposite called the Blue lagoon. Would recommend.

  We booked this place specifically because it had air-conditioning. When we got there we were informed that to get the remote is an extra 5 euros a day. We complained because it was not noted anywhere and the staff were not prepared to discuss at all, stating that we should have known.We also booked a double room but received two twin beds slid together, with a gap left in between.
