    This is the newly refurbished ethereal suites. The hotel is like the artist impressions. All the furniture is brand new and looks lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Some attention to detail for finishes aren’t great in the rooms. The pool area though is good.The breakfast is a mix of cold help yourself and hot ordered items based around eggs fruit and local dishes. There is a great cycle hire shop across the road where you can hire good quality city bikes for €5 a day. We cycled to both Tigaki and the therma beach. Great cycle paths and quiet roads. Kos town is a 10 min walk round the harbour. All in all this is a great hotel, nicely refurbed and in a great location.

    Basic and noisy with staff that look as if they don’t want to be there ( can’t say I blame them)Rooms were small with uncomfortable beds and firm pillows towels and sheets were only refolded and placed back on the bed as they say they only provide clean replacements every three days Signs all over the place with rules and regs for the pool etc which the staff don’t enforce anyway You cannot flush toilet paper !! it has to be placed in a bin next to the toilet 🤢Air con is an extra charge €8 daily if you use it The in room safe is an extra €12 a week Pool bar plays ridiculously loud music from the late afternoon until around midnight even when the bar is empty ( this is most likely because it’s so loud you can’t hear any conversations)Cleaners are shouting and calling to each other from 7 am But at this time you have been woken by the dustmen arriving between 1 and 3 am as the communal bins are right outside the hotel The only good thing about this place is the close location to the town restaurants and bars Less than a 10 minute stroll

    Plus points; good location for the harbour and old town, lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds, nice balcony overlooking the pool, very clean with regular servicing and the cost of the apartment is good.Minus points; poorly equipped kitchen, bedroom was fine, but the lounge area and bathroom were a bit dated (no plugs in the wash hand basin or sink, broken shower head that could only be hand held etc.etc. We unfortunately had to complain about the noise from the bar, and an offensive barman in particular, I presume it was dealt with as the noise was toned down and the barman (day shift) stopped his shouting and bawling, and being rude to us, I say presume as management did not speak to us, and on check out didn’t ask us about our stay. Be aware that there is excess to pay for a room safe and air conditioning, for 9 days we paid 15 euros for a safe and air con was an extra 72 euros, another point to be aware of is that the bar is open until 1.00am, and can be noisy, we certainly won’t return.

    Arrived late to the hotel and was welcomed by the lovely Sophia. She kindly checked us in and gave us a map showing us where the best bars, restaurants, beeches were … our room was perfect! Large double room (219) with main pool view, we had a sitting room area and aircon was provided free of charge. The only note i would make is that the bathroom could do with being updated, in particular the shower. Pool facilities , bar etc were all spacious and perfect. Staff were very relaxed and kind … location of these apartments is perfect as less than 10 minutes walk to the main bar street. Would definitely recommend to couples or groups of friends travelling for fun

    Great location,not too busy,Hotel clean, Staff friendly etc Maids Cleaned room daily beds etc. Plenty of Fantastic places to eat, Traditional Greek taverners, High end restaurants, Middle of the road restaurants a Good mix. Nice pool area looked small on the photos but was a nice size Good Supermarkets all nearby for Daily fresh bread Beers wine etc Wil definitely return in the future
