  You won’t regret it!

  Absolutely fantastic family friendly hotel. For us it was the entertainment crew absolutely knocked this holiday out of the park! From the performances to the dances and activities arranged around the pool, the kids were never a burden and always encouraged to approach them. They became friends in such a short week there were tears when we had to leave! Great range of food, catered to all of our family of which there were 12 of us and no complaints from anyone!   I love the room,really amazing infact perfect.The pizza was really tasty but it’s like a war to get.entertainment team was really good and fun the activities were really nice especially Marion,Abubakar,Clinton.The facilities are clean and good.The bar is good and lots of drink options.The atmosphere is good and the amphitheater is good and perfect for mini disco.   Not 5 star hotel. Rooms are 3 star.

  Hotel says they’re 5*, they’re definitely not a 5* resort unfortunately. Our room was 615, quite small for 3 of us and the bathroom was awful. So small and we thought we’d have a bath with an overhead shower considering we had a toddler with us (and what was advertised on Jet2 when we booked) instead we had a tiny shower with a shower door on the side but not the front so whenever you showered the water went all over the bathroom floor and was drenched. Meant the bathroom was then not useable for hours after as it was dangerously wet. Our room really needed updating. There is one main restaurant which when we were there was over capacity, people start queuing for the doors to open at 6.45pm and by 7,30, they were stopping people entering until tables were then free. Food was okay, had a Chinese station and sushi for some variety. During the day there is a couple of snack bars round the pools serving pizza, burgers and salads. Disappointed no gyros or club sandwich type lunch options. Staff are all lovely and make such an effort with the children, everyone says hello and is super friendly when you see them around the hotel. Some of the sunbeds around the pools are very old and uncomfortable, need replacing. WiFi not great, kept dropping in and out throughout our stay. Beach nice, however sea very rocky and isn’t easy to get in and out. There is a slight path into the water where some rocks have parted, need to find this especially if elderly or a child. Sea shoes are a must though. Free shuttle bus into Kardamena is good and runs every hour day and night until 10pm I believe. Overall hotel was okay, need to add another restaurant I think to cope with demand and update the rooms.   Returned last week after having 2 weeks at this location. Cannot fault the staff. Always smiling and happy to help. The food 🍱 n the restaurant is fresh and varied and the waiting on staff very polite and courteous, special mention for Katherine and also Gerasimus who over saw this facility with kindness and professionalism. Only one downside. Please replace sunbeds before we come back next year! Already booked! !   Ok but not the best, wouldn’t return

  Spent a week here may 26, good a d bad bits, the hotel rooms (double) are very dated , bathroom was terrible. Rust on the taps and sink holes which were also black grime inside them, bath was that old it has turned yellow in parts, the older maid I had was terrible. Floor was never swept or mopped by her , all she did was change the towels and made the bed ( most of the time I done it myself) , balcony railing was hanging on by a thread and was never cleaned, also rusty furniture. There was always plenty of sun beds but they are at least 10 years old,paint flaking and dirty( never hosed down. Beach is not a beach it’s terrible, full of stones and the width of it before the sea is 2 sunbeds( which were also falling to bits.No cleanliness around poolside and hotel grounds either. Good bits is the food was lovely lots of choice and the Chinese was amazing.
