  Nice apartment but could be improved

  Nice apartment, but bed and shower deserve attentionWe recently stayed in this apartment. Upon arrival in Greece we first went to the car rental company and then to the apartment. There we were welcomed by a friendly elderly lady, the mother of the Owner. She only spoke Greek, but we managed to get in without any problems.The apartment itself looked exactly like in the pictures – small but cosy. Unfortunately, the bed turned out to be a big disappointment. The mattress was very thin and felt more like a trampoline. When one person turned around, the other had the feeling of almost falling out of bed. This caused us to sleep badly and I often sat on the balcony early because further sleeping was impossible.The shower was also a challenge. The space was very small, and the sliding doors left only a narrow opening that made it difficult for me to get in.For people with a more substantial build, this shower does not seem suitable.There were positives too. The apartment was clean on arrival and there were some basic amenities ready, such as coffee, milk, and even sandwiches with ham and cheese, which was a pleasant welcome.All in all it is a charming apartment in a nice area, but the bed and shower really need improvement for a comfortable stay.
