  Do not book we paid for all inclusive food was discussing bar closed at 1045 Pool area dirty pool slides broken down during our stay there was dirty towels on sunbed from the time we arrived till we departed 14?days later one of our family members cut his toe asked reception for a plaster ??? They could not provide us with one there first aid box was not fill with appropriate items and was empty did complain but really didn’t get us anywhere never again will we book again we ate out every day and night cost extra but worth it

  Don’t waste your time and money

  The old lady in the reception and the barman are not polite. Yelling at us for no reason. Food is poor. Dirty glasses, the barman was yelling words like fu*king coffee, etc. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. A waste of time and money!

  4 stars for sure not , food every day the same , more people was not happy, i wish i go somewhere else dont waste your time there. The Kos island is nice but this resort is top sh.t. If bartender start be angry and starts screeming fu..ing fu,,ing you know where you are and only becouse some guy was trying to tel him he want 2 drinks not one, everyday he screeam on someone,they never take glases from tables , when you wake up you can still see there everything like people leave it day before , checkingin was terrible too, there is one old women that want money for everything thats free there. DONT WASTE MONEY AND YOUR TIME HERE( 4 STARS LOL ) MAYBE 1 STAR RESORT more rewievs come from the whole groupe of people who was there;)

  Me and my partner went at the same time as the last review(mj) and will absolutely agree with all he says about the place and entertainment people, breakfast not all that as much said but overall the resort ok.A special shout out to the night manager angelos as he went far and beyond to make sure we was looked after all the time.clevis and Dennis the day and night barmen were amazing and all ways a laugh not for some people but for us brilliant.But for me and my partner and her mother we’ve got to say the food manager and his staff were absolutely amazing. As we was the very last ones at the resort we got offered a 5star hotel for the rest of our time free if charge or stay at resort.we decided to stay and joked we would want the works ie prawn cocktail for starters steak for main etc if we do. Well you wouldn’t believe it but after a real good chat with the manager with him saying he has 14sheets of improvements to hand to his manager he only rolled out a proper 3 course with champers prawn cocktail steak(half a cow not kidding) and dessert on our very last day all served by waiters and it was absolutely amazing and we say thank you. I really hope the changes happen that need to as this place and it’s people are amazingly friendly.love anton and the gang as mj say they were gems.   Amazing holiday

  Me and the other half where there for two weeks from the 25 of September till the 9 October and it’s been one of the best two weeks of our lives Firstly I’ll start with the negative bits the breakfast could do with a little more selection but overall the food was very good and secondly the beds were a little to hard for our likening and that’s it really on negative points Other than the bed we really liked the room and having your own balcony to chill on every evening was great The hotel was very clean and was well maintained But what makes the resort excellent are the staff firstly the evening receptionist was so helpful and a very nice bloke All the cleaners were nice and happy every morning and the waiters were extremely polite and always made you feel welcome But for me the bar staff of Dennis and Clevis were mint all ways happy and willing to chat with you especially Dennis what an amazing bloke Dennis is always remembers what we drank even created the Dennis special 👌 what ever he gets paid isn’t enough in my eyes what a barman And finally the thing that made our holiday as amazing as it was were the animation staff tullio Cristina Sara and anton were always happy and bouncing around no matter how tired they must of been always willing to talk to every guest and get to know them and Evan played cards when they’d finished there shift with us all The whole place felt like a family guests and staff every night there were a group of people from every different nationality some could speak English some couldn’t but we would be sat around having a laugh and enjoying each other’s company till the early hours I would recommend this resort to everyone on hear amazing holiday with some amazing people
