Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the city on the picturesque harbour of Kos, offering visitors a friendly and warm atmosphere.     This hotel is ideally situated right on the front of the harbour within a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town. Greeted by friendly informative staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and accommodating.Room was very clean and big enough for the two of us. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom is on the small side but has a tub and shower. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.The atmosphere at this hotel is relaxed yet professional. We did not experience any excessive noise and slept well.Free breakfast included providing cold meats, fruits, breads, cereals etc. Lovely to sit out on the patio area and eat your breakfast with a stunning view of the harbour. Would have been nice to have a toaster.Swimming pool is large and has an accompanying 'hot tub' and kids splash pool. We did not use the pool so cannot tell you if it heated or not. Pool bar, toilet and shower facility available.Extremely good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

    Sorry to say but Kos was hideous. As Australians I felt like I was in some kind of bad English film. Our room was very average with 2 single beds pushed together. The furniture was old. Kids running up and down the hall way, people arguing. Average breakfast. Thankfully for a ferry change , 1 night was enough

    Myself and my husband have just returned after spending a wonderful week in this gem of a hotel located right on the marina in beautiful Kos Town. I would particularly like to pay compliment to William on front desk who was there to greet us with such a warm welcome. I had made a special request which he had arranged for me. Always so pleasant and friendly as we came and went. The real wow factor was the view from our balcony, room 205 , absolutely amazing view overlooking the beautiful marina. Huge thank you William and also the young man in your bar, always so friendly and always smiling! This hotel is so well located, everything within walking distance, Old Town, bus station, great Tavernas all on your doorstep. We will certainly return. Angie & Noel McGuire Ireland.

    We loved our stay at the Astron. On arrival we did think the corridor to room and room was a bit tired looking , it was late at night but next morning room is roomy and bright, lovely view of pool. Bathroom is tiny and only a bath no shower but everything clean and tidy. We had the most amazing lady who looked after our room Afrodita. She is very artistic and did beautiful displays with the towels, felt we were in a 5 star hotel, she was so lovely and friendly. Everyone was so nice the 3 guys at reception, Jenny at the pool bar was lovely, the young man at the man bar was so friendly and always smiling. The pool area is perfect the view from the front of hotel is beautiful, unreal location. Big refurbish due in 2026 . Lets hope it doesn't change too much only a little bit of a update otherwise its perfect. Cant wait for our next visit.

    We enjoy our evening drinks at this hotel overlooking the harbour especially Alli who is extremely good at serving our drinks we like his friendly service and the location of this hotel and bar thank you and see you next year for more views from the veranda xx
