  All inclusive drinks need sone attention

  The hotel is lovely. We had a garden room with a shared pool. Had direct sun from 11am to 6pm. 👌Staff are excellent, and while the room was a little small, it was functional and cleaned daily.My only criticism of this gorgeous hotel is the AI drinks. Really poor. I would expect much better for a 4* establishment. Cocktails come from a ‘slush’ machine! I tried a variation and all were basically fruit juice. Other than beer or wine, which is poor quality, that is it. You can pay (8 euro) for other options, but still unbranded and seemed no-one really knew how to serve. Very disappointing. 2* AI at best for drinks. Such a shame as everything else was spot on.

  Fantastic place to stay, the quality of food and service was brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. we paid extra for a room with pool but do not bother in October onwards, the water was freezing cold so we didnt use it, the main pools out the front are nice and big, while still not hot they are warmer than the private pools as they caught more sun. Selecton of food, breakfast, you name it they had it and fresh, lunch was the same and dinner there was just so much choice and I'm a very fussy eater. Entertainment, they had some great shows, singers on, the entertainment manger wasn't all that tbh if he was doing THINGS thing.Beach, they have thier own private part of the beach, shore line is painful as its pebbles so take some type of shoe you can keep on in the water, plenty of sun beds, it might be different in busy times, if you like a drink on the beach they have thier own manned bar on the beach and it's draft beer, wine etc, also a couple of Porto loos so it's very handy.Off site, there is a bar restaurant just up the road 3 mins walk, its called the Taverna Romeo, we would pop in for a beer or some food just for a change, food was very good and you can get a large ice cold beer, the owner is a tad nuts in a nice way, very funny and entertaining, good place to watch football too, big screens, when we told the owner we were off the next day we got a sincere thank you from the owner who said thanks for coming to his bar, he knew we didn't have to being all inclusive but thanks he said.Bit further up the road you will find car hire places and a shop that sells everything, inflatables, food, snacks and alcohol, the lady will blow up your inflatables with a air line, watch out for the beautiful parrat in the cage at the shop, he will have your fingers 😉.Back to the complex, its about 50% Germans and the other 50% is just a mix of British and other European countries, all very friendly, just don't mention the war!.On site shop, it stocks most things like the other shop down the road but you pay a bit more for things.High light, the lady in the shop, has her own dress sence put it that way, the odd tattoo put that that way... but what a great personality, such a cracking sense of humor and we did have a laugh with her, I wish we could remember her name, anyways she was great.Transport, you can walk down to the road and grab a bus into kos Town, or you can get a cab ordered from reception at a cost of about €15 to get you into town, we just did that as we were lazy and didn't walk down the hill for a bus, plus on the bus there was alot of Germans so just incase I mentioned the war we got a cab 😉.Jokes aside lovely place to stay.   Beautiful hotel

  This hotel is just beautiful, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. On arrival we were checked in quickly and driven to our room, where everything was shown to us and explained.The room was lovely, all the communal areas, walkways, outside areas were just spotless.The food was the best I have had at an all inclusive, with theme nights making it very special. I also loved the set up of the restaurant and table service of drinks, making it feel like a regular dining experience rather than a typical all inclusive.The managers welcoming you to dinner every night was an exceptional touch.Entertainment afterwards was great on two nights (rock band and African singing duo) but otherwise disappointing.Table service again, in the evening was excellent. All the staff are incredible and treated us as if we were their friends.Access to the beach (across the road) and town (via bus) are very straightforward and I felt safe enough exploring on my own.My only one criticism would be the photographer, who refused to let us buy two prints for €20, even though she would happily sell four for €40. I explained we only liked two pictures, that were laid out in prints in front of us, but she was not budging. I said to her “So you’d rather throw them away than take €20 for two?” and she said “Yes” so we had to walk away empty handed, which actually made me tearful.Such a shame for something so silly to cast a shadow over an otherwise perfect holiday. Something the hotel might want to address.Thank you Blue Lagoon, despite the minor niggles, we would love to come back one day 💙

  A Stunning Resort with Exceptional Service

  Our stay at Blue Lagoon Ocean was exceptional. The entire property has a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere, and the ocean views are absolutely breathtaking. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, The room was cleaned every day making it easy to unwind.The pool area and surrounding facilities were well-maintained, and the overall vibe of the resort was peaceful and refreshing. The food was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the service was consistently excellent. The staff really are a credit to the hotel.the beach was only a short 5 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of sun beds.We truly enjoyed our time at Blue Lagoon Ocean and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and stunning scenery.

  Had a fantastic weeks break here at the blue lagoon. Lovely room and amazing food. Something for everyone. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment good on a show night but very poor on the dj nights and not fitting with the clientele.
