  Very happy with my stay , loved the comfortable room , which looked out to the hills inland Room was cleaned everyday , staff excellent and breakfast included in the price

  We arrived late friday night check in was pleasantly smooth and fast.I've stayed in the superior and kris mari so my expectations wasn't high about this place.Normally we would book an apartment however for the cost of this place for 8 nights and being close by all favourite restaurants and bars we thought we'd give it ago.Hotel itself is spotless and I was actually pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and even the shower so a positive start, this continued through out the first day pool area was lovely staff friendly.Our second night we was greeted by a German couple arguing and throwing furniture around the place the rooms are not sound proof doesn't seem to matter if your on the same floor or next door you hear absolutely everything.The next night we was greeted by someone vomiting from upstairs.The manager of the cleopatra then had some issues with a rather large family in the superior and decided to move them all to the classic.This is when the holiday took a real downturn, kids running riot adults screaming and swearing at the kids and each other, drinking from 9am a complete lack of respect to other guests who was staying there, you'd of thought it was there hotel the way they carried on.We ended up leaving the hotel daily and enjoying a pool bar just a 5 min walk away.There disgusting behaviour didnt stop there, drunken arguments in the early hours prompting many guests to complain, nothing was done about it it got so bad that police ended arriving due to one of the women being assaulted by her partner and him being arrested.This kind of stuff wouldnt normally be in one of my reviews as sometimes it can't be helped however the manager forced this issue on all the guests of the classic without a second thought for anyone's holiday other than her own peace and quiet. I've been coming kardamena on and off for 25 years this wasn't the best time I've had but I'll be back in kardamena next year.

  The Cleopatra group as a whole i have never had an issue with historically. All 3 hotels are immaculately clean, offer good service and are what you need if your looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. I have never rated the food here hence we eat elsewhere but it has met our needs on the whole for previous trips. This time was a little different, on our first day a large family arrived 6 adults and 6 kids. I have kids myself and have been on many large family holidays. Im not here for an adults only experience its a family resort so I know what to expect. This family however were not your average family and would perhaps have been better suited to a pontins meets benedorm vibe. I personally will never understand how someone can shout at a child to stop shouting the irony is wild! Kids borrowing vapes from grandparents, little boy probably around 6 years old telling his dad he is going for a piss, constant arguments, swearing, drinking from 9am until gone midnight. Generally very larey behaviour that you dont usually experience 24/7 in KD. This didn't stop at night either, kids running round the hotel screaming and shouting. One of the parents becoming drunkenly violent and aggressive towards other family members then being arrested in the early hours of the morning. These weren't odd events it was all day every day. The hotel received multiple complaints and they did nothing. The best part of all this is that this family didn't even book this hotel. They booked Cleopatra superior which is a bit more central but management decided that they didn't fit the superiors aesthetic and moved them to the classic selling it to the family as an upgrade but anyone who has stayed in a Cleopatra hotel will know that they are all pretty much the same. After 6 nights of very little sleep we are ending our holiday early as we simply cant take anymore.

  7nights B an B So basic hotel but All communal areas Reception TV lounge Pool an Bar we clean an well maintained Room was large and clean TV Hairdryer no tea coffee or toiletries but who doesn’t take their own toiletries You can also use facilities at two larger sister hotels 2 mins away Air condition extra but more an more hotels charge these days Staff excellent cheery welcoming nothing a bother ❤️ Great location 5 mins to beach front, great restaurant an bar 1 mins away, lively bar but does not effect any noise in hotel Breakfast needs improving only at it twice No late check out available

  Stayed for ten days. And what can I say we had a fantastic holiday.Hotel is clean and tidy maid service daily. Staff are lovely and friendly 😊 decent size rooms with a mini fridge no kettle in rooms but can be hired for a small cost.Decent size pool with plenty of beds and a nice shade area.Location good just a short stroll to beach and restaurants. Reasonably priced for drinks and snacks at the pool bar.Air-conditioning can be rented along with safe.Great stay and definitely be back and hotel recommend 👌 👍
