    Wow!! Rude rude greek women!

    Clean but very basic, rooms definitely need updating! Close to everything tho. Breakfast very basic and the lady who waits on is miserable!No warm vibes here.No welcome packs in the room advising times of breakfast ect, no glass or cup to put a drink in! Unhygienic shower curtains which stick to you.The woman on reception Christina is ignorant and very rude, my partner didn't understand her, she said look into my eyes and read my lips!Customer service 1 star!We love it here in Kardamena but will never stay in this hotel again!

    Very dated hotel but clean lovely pool area, close to beach and restaurants had to pay extra for kettle and air-conditioning which I thought was steep breakfast more like continental wasn't happy with that ,got told off for having our own bottle of water on our last day round the pool which really wasn't called for buy the lady who did the breakfast and the bar in the day but we paid for drinks there and food most day's so that as put me off we will not be returning to this place again.

    I stayed here for a week in early October 2025. I didn't use any facilities such as the bar or try any of the food they have on specials however, I was pleasantly surprised with my room facilities. The room was big and comfortable, the bed was decent, the bathroom a little bit outdated but all works fine. Big wardrobe space in the bedroom, TV in the room and a nice balcony. As it was me I needed very little as I was often in and out of the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean daily and honestly there was nothing really to complain about. Having heard some horror stories about this hotel before, I was a little bit weary however, all in all, my experience was a pleasant one.

    Hotel excelent Location, with Free car parking. Daily basic cleaning rooms with No room Internet connection, only at the Reception area.Appalling absentia of any advance warning, regarding the Tourist charge, by the Tour Operator Company. Also notisable absentia of any company representative but help only from the Reception staff.

    No health and safety with an obnoxious of a manager

    Wheelchair user.Long read, unable to send video evidence, only photos of downgraded room. After 8 years going to the cleopatra superior this will be our last as on our 7th night the lift wasn't working and after a while the receptionist told us that we had to stay in our room and she was unable to help with a takeaway. While on the phone to the tour company, the receptionist said that the lift was working. After speaking with the tour company we went to the lift and still it wasn't working, my wife went downstairs and after twenty minutes they shouted that the lift was on its way up and as I saw the light , I opened the door and twisted round in my wheelchair and went back and as I got level with the lift I heard a clanking sound from behind me, I stopped and went forward and twisted round to see the lift disappearing to the 2nd floor, the clanking sound was my walking sticks at the back of my wheelchair hitting the bottom of the lift. Two hours later the lift was partly working the engineer eventually got me to get in the lift with him, instead of the lift going down it went up and the engineer kept pressing the button and eventually it went down, when at the reception I was told to sign a downgraded form ( fellow holiday makers helped to get the ground apartment without my knowledge) by the now not so friendly receptionist, I said that we need to get something to eat as it's 22.00 o'clock, On our way out the Obnoxious manager stopped us and asked why I haven't signed the form, several times I tried telling her what had happened to me and the lift, she told me to be quiet and Shh every time I tried speaking. We looked inside the door of the room and said that will do. When we got back at 23.30 the lift was taped up and my wife had to clear our room and bring two suitcases down two flight of stairs. The room had no fridge and we acquired one the next evening to which it had a rusted crack in the door tray and you couldn't even fit a small bottle of water in it, The plug was completely fixed with silicone. I reported the incident to the tour company twice that night, I was told that the resort rep would contact us tomorrow i didn't hear from her until the evening when she said that she had tried phoning me all day, strange that I had no missed calls, she eventually phoned two days later saying that she was on her day off and on a boat. The last four days were the worst of our lives as the atmosphere had changed with all the hotel staff.
