The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to Tigaki resort village, 400 m from the sandy but narrow beach, and ideal for families. The centre of Tigaki is around 20 minutes' walk away, while Kos is around a 20-minute drive from the property. Kos Island International Airport, 'Hippocrates' is some 25 km away.

56 apartments, 6 single rooms and 118 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings.
