Location

This hotel is situated in a peaceful location on the long sand and shingle beach with dunes, which is well-tended by the hotel. The small fishing village of Mastichari, where guests will find a public bus stop for trips into Kos (around 25 km away), is some 2 km. There is also a daily bus service to Kos operated by the hotel, whilst Kos airport is approximately 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

This hotel has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Perfect location with beautiful well-kept gardens. Lots of green places, clean rooms. Great food both main restaurant as well as the Italian. Staff extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Higly reccomend.

    This is a lovely hotel complex with beautiful scenery. The grounds are well maintained and all the staff are welcoming and polite. They work very hard. The hotel wasn't too busy, and we had no issues getting sunbeds after 10am. There are 3 bars open from 10am and there are lots of seating and quiet areas if you just want to chill. The food selection is good and my husband who is a fussy eater , found something he liked every day. The pudding selection is small, jelly, cake, and 2 other options, but still nice. Direct access to the beach with loungers and parasols available. If you have children with you , be warned we did see a naked man on the beach, but he was up past the parasol/sunlounger area. If you turn right on the beach, there is a path that takes you straight to the little town with a harbour. Nice selection of shops and restaurants. The souveniers here were also cheaper than in the shop across the road from the hotel, but the staff in the shop over the road were also lovely. If you turn left on the beach, and walk past the naked man 😜 there are steps That will take you up to the dolphin bay bar/ restaurant, good beer and food and stunning views. There is also a bigger souvenir shop, if you turn right out of the hotel entrance and walk about 10 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. Maids visit alternate days, which was fine and they do have a lot of rooms to clean. Only niggle was that the coffee/sugar and tea were not restocked in the room until I asked the maid for some coffee sachets. We did bring our own tea and coffee but other people may not. All in all this is a lovely place and highly recommended. We will be back next year.     Wouldn't say this is a 4 star Hotel, as food is very average at best as we ate out most nights and daytime entertainment was very poor, the beach is not the one in the photos the beer is awful 😢 except the beach bar as its much better, the staff are very helpful and friendly and remember if you like cuppa in the morning there is no kettle in the rooms except luxury one's and also you can flush tissue paper down the toilet, I could say more but I will let you find that out.     A fantastic experience in a lovely hotel.

    Such a lovely hotel, all staff were helpful friendly polite. Rooms were clean pool towels were provided. Food was good. There was also a private beach and an area by the beach with chairs and sun umbrellas. Most of the entertainment was good.As it was our wedding anniversary while we were there Lyla from quest relations arranged a meal in the Italian restaurant for us. Our table was dressed with fresh flowers balloons and table cloth. We also had a bottle of Prosecco when we went to reception to pay for it Sylvi the manager told us we didn’t have to pay for it. Such a lovely touch from them bot.     We had the best 10 nights here at this location everything was perfect Our room was a sea view modern and spacious comfortable could do with extra pillow but not an issue It is a bit out of the way but still easy to get to places and a beautiful walk to Mastichari where the bus goes from Everybody at the hotel is so friendly and chilled cannot do enough for you and work really hard to make sure all the guests have what they need this across the whole staff team Food is as fabulous might not be to everyone’s taste but we certainly did not go hungry plenty of choice. Drinks had an amazing selection and the ice cream is the best We certainly got value for money and would definitely recommend and return Thankyou all for such a beautiful stay.
