    I would highly recommend this hotel. It is about a 20 minute walk from Kos town where there are countless dining options. The hotel has a spacious pool area which you do not get in hotels nearer to town and there were always sunbeds available at any time of day.The rooms are nicely furnished and always spotlessly clean.Breakfast buffet was good and varied enough for a week long stay and the pool bar served tasty lunchtime snacks which were reasonably priced with very generous portions.All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful especially the team at the pool bar.     Our third time here in four years and we love it here. Clean place , good breakfast, lovely staff. Nice pool and very close to the beach where Joanna and Helen will welcome you.     This hotel is beautiful! The staff are so so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We had a superior double room and it was spotlessly clean with a huge balcony. The lady on reception organised a taxi and reserved a table at a restaurant in Zia so we could watch the sunset and it was amazing! There is something for everyone at breakfast and it certainly sets you up for the day. Please don’t listen to the negatives as there aren’t any! We had a wonderful week here and the only negative is; we should have stayed longer!     This small hotel is amazing. There is a great choice of food for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and cuddly. They always do a great job and deserve tips we give them. Pool is never full so lots of space. Beach is so close which is good as husband has difficulty with walking. Will always give you extra coat hangers or any other items you need. Kos town is a delightful walk of about ten minutes. Lots of restaurants near hotel to eat which is why we love going B&B. Very popular so book early.

    Lovely hotel although coffee in room is only once on check in and isn't replaced. Very clean and tidy. The only complaint is the elderly receptionist on in morning. Very rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all and on checking out walked away without saying thank you or goodbye. Having been a receptionist myself this lady could do with some lessons on politeness.
