    Expensive but worth it

    rating30 May 2026

Stayed with family and we were given rooms on the 2nd floor of main building. We side sea view which was the best view we have had after staying in Dassia and Oceania. We enjoyed using the mini and took it to Zia which was recommended to us. We also did the sunset cruise. Most days the family played tennis and the lads took out bikes which was hard going as they weren't electric bikes. Also used the shuttle bus to explore kos town. Our granddaughter fell over 1 evening and hurt her mouth. The staff were brilliant bringing ice and serviettes to mop up the blood. They offered to get the doctor but we declined. We enjoyed the food in all the restaurants although the stand out 1 for us was Anaya. We did the the dineout to Myloptopi which was lovely. The views from there were amazing. The beach is lovely but hard to get into the sea as quite rocky. There are sandbags laid down but too uneven for me. The thing that stood out for me was the service. All the staff we met were very friendly and wanted you to enjoy your holiday. As we had a very late flight we were given a room until 7pm which we were very grateful for. We hope to return in October as just a couple to enjoy the adults only areas.

    AMAZING

    rating30 May 2026

We have just returned from a beautiful stay at Ikos Aria. From the moment you arrive we were made to feel very special. The service is impeccable, all the staff are so happy and always willing to help. To name but a few wonderful members of staff: Jaime (FOH) Thomas, Gustavo, Kairo - for looking after the Big Man. Husnain, Yiannis, Izzy, Peter (amazing guys) Olivia (Seasons) Jazz (Anaya) All the girls at Breakfast Fresco and Alex Beach pool attendant. We celebrated my son’s 10th Birthday where the staff at dinner made it so special for him. We cannot thank them enough for all they did. Thank you to the band for letting my son jam on the drums with them. A beautiful resort that we will certainly return to. Thank you Ikos Aria for a truly fabulous holiday.

    Disappointing Deluxe Stay

    rating28 May 2026

We recently stayed here and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.Service around the pool was extremely slow, with drinks often not arriving at all after being ordered, and on several occasions drinks were simply missing from the order entirely. When cocktails did arrive, they were often incorrect — cocktails ordered containing raspberry and cranberry were replaced with a poor-quality gin and tonic instead. A Passion Star Martini was even served containing ouzo, which was completely unexpected and unpleasant.Breakfast was equally frustrating. Items were missing from our order and when they were eventually brought out, the food was stone cold. Some of our evening meals were disappointing. At Fresco, pasta was specifically ordered without cheese but arrived absolutely laden with it, showing little attention to dietary requests or customer preferences. Our final meal at Fresco was particularly poor, with meals coming out at different times rather than being served together, and the lasagne arrived stone cold.In the evenings there was very limited seating available inside for families, despite the adult-only area sitting almost completely empty, which made little sense and left families struggling to find somewhere comfortable to sit together.Lunch at Seasons was another let-down. I ordered what was described as fillet steak, however it was clearly sirloin, with large amounts of unrendered fat and it was badly overcooked. While dining at Seasons, I also pointed out to the waitress that several plates and pieces of glassware were chipped, which was disappointing and raised concerns about attention to detail.Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the level of service, food quality, and attention to detail expected for the price paid. This was also our first time staying on the Deluxe package, and we genuinely struggled to see any meaningful difference compared to previous stays. While the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and some members of staff were friendly and polite when approached, these positives did not make up for the numerous issues we experienced. Sadly, this was not the relaxing experience we had hoped for.

    Amazing place for families

    rating28 May 2026

This was our first visit to an Ikos and wow, what an experience that has set the bar very high. The grounds are beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff go above and beyond always. It was such a fantastic place to visit with kids, from the pool to the evening entertainment, they absolutely loved it. A special shout out to Mark in Ouzo who provided amazing service and Peter who drove the buggys, who was always so friendly and efficient. We had the most amazing stay at Ikos Aria and we can't wait to try another Ikos soon!

A Second Great Visit to Ikos Aria!

    rating28 May 2026

Our second visit to Ikos Aria - and equally as good as our first visit! This is a fabulous site and one where the staff simply cannot do enough for you. Some may feel there's not a lot in the immediate area of the venue (just a small village), but I feel there's plenty of pools and amenities at the site, certainly for adults who like to chill and enjoy some great food and a few drinks! For the more active there are watersports - we hired a boat for a day - and the complimentary Mini Countryman lets you explore the island. But the real win is the selection of restaurants (Greek, BBQ, French, Italian, Eastern etc) complimented by a large well stocked buffet restaurant and a selection of pools/ beach. Further - having travelled fairly widely the staff are first class - a real asset to the brand. There are too many to mention but special mention to Karina for helping us in advance of our visit - she's a star! Also Ikis and Paola in the Lobby Bar and Yolanda at Ouzo - I could make a very long list but they stood out. Finally Cristoferos, a real wine expert - ask his advice, you won't be sorry!Highly recommended for anyone who wants to chill with a touch of luxury!
