A fantastic family run hotel in a quiet street not too far from the shops and beachStaff very friendly and smiley We have stayed here several times and found it to be a really relaxing experience Would recommend!

Modern, clean hotel. Lovely staff. Good location for walking to Kos town. 15/20 walk. Room was cleaned every day except Sunday. Towels changed every other day.Breakfast is continental style - cold meats, cheese, tomato etc and decent bread/rolls. Adequate for us. Good to have breakfast outside in the sun.

Very nice hotel - in a quiet area but well situated for lots of excellent restaurants.Hotel has a lovely bar area - entertainment was on 2 nights that we were there & was also of a good standard. The staff were all very present & like everyone in Kos very welcoming.Breakfast pretty basic - like lots of other guests I purchased my own fruit from local supermarket. I saw a lot of guests doing likewise so this is maybe something that should be addressed.Cleaning of a good standard - bedding & towels changed on alternative days with one day a week the room wasn't serviced. While this was fine I would have expected toilet bin to still be emptied on that day bearing in mind toilet roll can't be flushed. Had a great holiday at a very reasonable price so wouldn't hesitate to return to hotel if in area again.

Perfect long weekend!

Me & my best friend stayed here for 5 nights and we could not fault it at all! It was exactly what we needed - the room was clean, comfy beds and enough storage space for us both. The staff were so friendly no matter what time of day we visited reception and were always so helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but again enough choice for us (eggs, pastries, yoghurt, cake, fruit, cooked meats). Cleaners visited everyday of our trip. You do have to pay per day for air con (I think €7 per day) but as we were there in October, we didn’t need this, and the room wasn’t too hot without it. We didn’t use the pool but it seemed as though there were plenty of sun beds. It’s in a great location, close to shops and only a 10/15 min walk from the port and a 5 minute walk to the beach.Our transfer to the airport on the last day was at 8pm so we were able to get a late checkout for €35 which meant we could keep our room on for the whole day, which was really useful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return again, thank you!
