    Worst hotel I have stayed at in some time

    Noisy rooms, too hot in the rooms with no adjustments available - hotel staff were not helpful with my request to cancel my stay early to change hotels for a better night's sleep - I would not recommend this hotel Gema Guillerna Monasterio, General Manager at NH Canciller Ayala Vitoria, responded to this review Dear Garry :Please accept my apologies that your overall experience did not live up to your expectations.     Temp controls did nothing. It was noisy in the halls andthe mattress was firmer than I like. Need grips in the tub—it was slippery and someone could get hurt.Nice rain shower head and easy walk to town.     A centrally located and very well run hotel with charming staff and very convenient underground parking. Our 9th Floor room had a spectacular view of the Park and Historic quarter.
