Location

The hotel is situated on the southern part of Kos Island and built as an amphitheatre on a rocky slope running down to the beach. The Kardamena resort area is only 15 minutes on foot, full of archaeological treasures and shopping facilities. It is 7 km from Kos Island International Airport.

Facility

48 junior suites and 124 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities at the resort include a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and golf. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes banana boat rides, water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Just spent a week at the HV with 2 kids and grandparents, overall it’s a good hotel, very spacious place, great staff and plenty of sun bed space. Slight cons are the hills to rooms, the 1.8m deep main pool and food a bit repetitive for a 4*Our biggest issue was the minimum height for the water slides at 1.3m tall meaning our 8yr old could not use any slides being millimetres under.

    Had an amazing time at this hotel, booked for our wedding and couldn't reccomend more. Loved all the varieties of food and drinks you could get in your package and staff were so friendly. Rooms were modern and cleaned every day with new towels. Gorgeous views from all rooms in our family too. Staff couldn't do more to help whenever we needed it. Had an amazing experience at the spa also 100% recommend, very relaxing and worth every penny. The wedding planners of this hotel were also something else, totally exceptional and couldn't fault them at all. Made our experience memorable and even better than we could have imagined. Reccomend this hotel to anybody .

    This is by far the best holiday ive ever had. The room was lovely and big and also pool view which was great. The hotel was only 10min from airport . Cleaner were in my room daily with fresh towels and emptying bins, Really lovely and friendly man. Loved the kettle and hot drinks tray. Could here some music at night but nothing to keep me awake . Few different restaurants to eat at so plenty choice. The giros van at pool bar was amazing our family were there everyday. Self-serve drinks were ok good choice. I did try a cocktail but was to strong for me but im not a drinker anymore. I preferred a slush which were lovely . All the staff were very friendly and could get driven around the holiday village free in a buggy cart. Few pools so never felt crowded. Best holiday thanks ! Also the wedding is attended was perfect also arranged by the hotel. We will be back for sure!

    I had a full body massage at the spa with Nicole. It was an excellent massage and she really worked on the knots in my shoulders to help start to release them. It was also a very beautiful spa
