Location

The complex lies in the attractive scenery of the region of Psalidi in the north of Kos. From here, guests may enjoy fabulous views out over the sea. There is a shuttle bus which conveys guests from the complex to the shingle beach located about 300 m away. The centre of the historic city of Kos is about 4 km away, and it is 25 km to the airport. Ancient Aegean monuments can be found nearby.

Facility

The hotel has a reception desk and features 203 rooms. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. A desk and, for a fee, a safe are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Guests can use sun loungers and parasols on the terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, bocce and horse riding are available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, banana boat rides and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy kitesurfing, jet skiing, sailing and parasailing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, yoga, callisthenics and table football. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and a reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a buffet restaurant and a bar. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Hotel is basic but lovely. All areas, including the room, were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and tasty. We arrived late in the evening and reception had sandwiches waiting for us us when we arrived (plus the bar had snacks out so we were able to make a cheese and ham sandwich, and eat cake!).Pool looked lovely, but we didn’t use it because unfortunately the weather was cold (freezing), very windy and raining! Husband did use the water slides though, which he enjoyed! Location isa little bit out of the town, but a taxi is easy to organise and cost €10, or you can organise the shuttle bus with the hotel for €7 a person. Sounds a little petty but there is limited space to sit indoors, reception being the only place. Not really a problem when the weather is sunny and warm! Overall, we enjoyed our time at Kipriotis Aqualand and felt it was good value for what we paid.

    Some good bits some bad.

    We have stayed here for a week and this is what I can say about the place. The entertainment team I cannot fault them they are amazing high energy all the time and make the kids feel relaxed and welcome. They are so wonderful a good laugh also.The bar staff some are really nice and other it seems like ive killed the local cat in front of them. There's a cute cat we name brows because of his pattens. Loved a bit of ham. The hotel itself is definitely not 4* its a massive complex with multiple apartments im unsure if the ones down the hill are more 4* and that applies to the whole of the hotel but we stayed near the water park it's maybe 3* at best. The room are okay nothing special they are clean enough appart from the bathrooms the taps have limescale on and when you turn the water on it goes everywhere. The food is good but it gets very boring very fast with only a couple of dishes switched thoughout the week. We are on a budget so we ate all our meals here, the 1st day there was loads of choices and thoughtout the week it seemed to get smaller and smaller and more people came so you would think they would get more options out but no.There is a shop on site but you need a small mortgage to shop at, niva suncream is nearly €40 where if you go down the hill on the main road there is a little shop for another hotel and it was €15 there. BECAREFUL OF THE MINIBUS, we knew there was a free minibus but unsure where it took you. We asked to go to kos town and when we got down there we was shocked when they asked for €20 we could of got a taxi down for €10 . When questioning with the team at the desk they said that they have two buses the white one is free and only takes you to the beach, the black one charges to go into town. That's fine but we wasnt made aware of this before we was just put on a bus and thought it was the free one. The waterpark is 6 slides that really need a bit of work as you are going down them it catches your clothes and can leave scratches. The kids waterpark needs a little bit of paint and WD40 but its fun for little kiddies. There is some cracked tiles but again nothing extreme. IT IS WINDY! Very windy most of the days. I know they cannot control the weather but just making people aware to be prepared to hold onto your hats. Because its on top of a hill the views are beautiful you can right across to the other islands sunset here is again something to see. All in all its a good little cheap getaway Im unsure if we would stay again but only because of accessibility for myself to get into kos town.
