  We had a wonderful holiday at Kipriotis Mari Hotel. The restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food and very friendly service. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Fotini, who was always professional, welcoming, and made sure every guest was well looked after.The animation team was fantastic! Lara, Sean, and Taylor brought so much energy and fun to our stay. They organized great activities for both adults and children and always had a smile on their faces.The mini disco and kids’ club were amazing. Our children loved every moment and looked forward to the activities every day.The beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. A special compliment to the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms and hotel areas spotless throughout our stay. Their hard work and attention to cleanliness were greatly appreciated.Thank you to everyone at Kipriotis Mari Hotel for making our vacation so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.

  ❤️ Kos

  So tonight I leave Maris suites. I’ve attached a couple of pictures. My review is as below. Upon arrival we arrived late at night (1am) Reception were wonderful he brought a tray of sandwiches out incase we were hungry. All the other staff work so hard from maids, to outdoor staff, barmen, waiting on staff etc. they make you feel like family, like it is your home forYour holiday. Special shout out to the entertainment team especially Taylor and Sean. They are so enthusiastic and love a chat they are perfect for this job role. The food - ok it isn’t 5 star however we found something to eat every night no problem although we were out sometimes for lunch and dinner anyway. We did put towels out in the morning to make sure you get a bed if by the pool that day, I think that’s just a standard holiday thing anyway and I’m here during half term. My dad, my daughter and I have really enjoyed our week here my only other downside is the lifeguard really does do overtime with his whistle if you jump in the pool. Kids are having fun and they are on holiday so everyone ignores him anyway there is no harm being caused. It’s our first time to Kos and we have fell in love with the island. We did the sunset trip to Zia, and the 3 island boat trip ( I recommend doing that with Malena as that boat has sunbeds on rather than chairs.) we also did the parasailing and the crazy couch as there are water sports just across the road on the beach. We ate in some lovely tavernas, had some nice trips in to town day / evening. Everybody is so friendly and can’t do enough for you. This is just the start of our Kos holidays! 🇬🇷🩵

  Such a great experience

  We had a wonderful stay at Kipriotis Maris Hotel in Kos. The restaurant offered a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent throughout our stay.A special mention goes to the animation team, ( Lara , Taylor , Sean ) who were absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly to keep guests entertained and created a fun, friendly atmosphere every day.The bar staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and always provided excellent service with a smile.The hotel is in a great location, and Kos Town is easily accessible by bike, making it a fantastic way to explore the area.Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel

  If you want a fun family holiday with nice food and fun by the pool this place is NOT for you!!!

  I have travelled with Jet2 for the last 8 years and never had to complain. This has to he the worst place ive ever stayed at, even having stayed at the sister aqualand hotel last year (which was a million times better).The room wasn't great but you can live with that if the rest of the holiday is fine. The food was awful. The first 2 days was the worst..there were literally empty trays everywhere. When we asked why there was no food we were told that they were only at 50% capacity....but we still need to eat!!! .. there was no one checking when refills were needed so you could stand there for 15 minutes waiting for sausage or bacon to go with the now cold eggs on your plate. I think the microwave on the side is a big giveaway, everything was cold and that didn't really change through out the holiday. The guy behind the grill just tells you everything will be 5 minutes so you stand there waiting only to find out there was zero intentions of bringing any more out. When we stayed at Aqualand there was a children's counter with nuggets, meat balls, pasta and chips but nothing like that here. Kids dont really want to eat liver or baked fish and baked aubergine with feta and cold at that. When you raised it with the manager she didn't care. There was one evening when it was so busy at the bar and people were getting fed up of waiting. She was sat drinking by the bar. She got up and it convinced me she was going to help out and she just topped her own drink up and sat back down. That just proved she didn't really care. All the restaurant staff were really defensive so that tells me they are fed up or people complaining. The pool guy was clearly ex military and was relentless with the kids. Even blowing the whistle at a man with a very young child in a ring as they had splashed too much for his liking. He definitely had anger issues.... he didn't stop eating all day so there periods of time when he sat in the restaurant eating burgers and pizza when everyone saw the opportunity to actually have fun in the pool.. was shocked to see him drinking beer too given the job he was doing. He also often sat at the bar juggling the cocktail mixer dropping it on the floor, hands all over it and then when finished just put it back on the side for them to use. Positives were the entertainment team. They tried really hard to lift the mood which must have been hard work for them given everyone I spoke to were unhappy. Our kids had fun with Sean, Taylor and Mercy (who was hilarious) also bar waiting staff were all lovely. Luckily the kids made friends so had a fun time.   Lifeguard! More like prison officer!

  Travelled as a single parent and 2 teenager daughters…. Wow where do I start! Everything 1 out of 5 apart from the entertainment team. The rooms are dated but manageable as you don’t spend a lot of time there and forget about that due to rest of the hotel. Our balcony was covered in ants, as is the whole hotel. The food…. Awful. I was given raw chicken and gave it to the female restaurant manager who said she would get back to me. She never came back after 45 mins and I gave up….. Yesterday’s chips for lunch and a repeated selection. Kids counter never opened once and the choice for them was terrible. The best food is between 3-5 which is burgers and pizza but the problem is the waiting times as they only cook two pizzas at a time and the Lifeguard takes one for himself after pushing to the front of the queue! The lifeguard must have had a previous life as a war chief. He is relentless. NO JUMPING. NO SPLASHING. NO FUN! When he sees holiday makers doing either of the above you hear plenty of loud whistles and him marching down like he is about to arrest the children for jumping feet first into the pool. His attitude is shocking and he is very rarely there. He must eat 6/7 meals a day from the guests buffet (after pushing in and leaving plenty of kids to wait for the next batch to be made). We counted him eat 8 burgers on Tuesday!I work in the prison service and the food is better there and there is less discipline! Complaint made to jet 2 and I warn anyone thinking of booking this hotel to have a second thoughts. Like i said the entertainment team were great and tried their best with the facilities they have to work with. Sean (Mario) eventually got my daughter to sing kareoke…. The only saving grace was meeting a wonderful family who we had a great time with! My god. Never again!
