Location

The hotel and Kos International Convention Centre (KICC) are situated on the east coast of the island of Kos, directly on the beach, at a distance of 3 km from the town of Kos and 25 km from the airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 709 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and fishing. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit, with jet skiing and paddle boating available for a fee. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes 4 restaurants and a café. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. There are meals available for those with special dietary requirements: diet meals and children's meals. The resort also offers special catering options. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking.

    Nothing in this resort was working. Rooms are very basic, cleaning every 3days that too depends on their mood. Food repetitive and not good at all. Pools are ok but queue at the bar and grill food counter all the time. They don’t provide bottled water everyday. Not much to do at the resort and it ruined our holiday. Kos town and Zia village are lovey Recommend boat island trip from Kos.

    So first things first if not for an amazing entertainment team who did everything they could with next to nothing in funding we would have left this hotel on day 2 . Olivia was amazing best I've come across on all my holidays she had her team giving everything they could every day and that made our holiday . Hotel staff are friendly and do amazing considering the facilities available to customers and the resources they have . Yes the rooms are dated and decaying in places yes no a la carte restaurants where open yes queues for food and drink are far to long wasn't the greatest experience but not for the staff and entertainment team it would have been a holiday featured on bbcs holidays from hell . Again can't stress enough how great the entertainment team and hotel staff where . Shaun

    Honest review….. just back from a weeks stay, had a promotional room (cheapest) & though basic it was clean , no ant issues and ideal location on site, only downfall was the bed, the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, more springs than anything else.No complaints regarding food in main restaurant, always found something to eat…. we arrived on opening day and it was very quiet for the first 3 days, as it filled up the queues started forming and it was quite chaotic in the food hall.Snacks were pretty poor, hot dogs & sandwiches only though I believe more will be opening mid June. The bar situation was rubbish, one member of staff serving in the Evening and the queues were awful, lovely guy in the main bar deserves a pay rise for keeping his cool and smile!Entertainment team were great, very engaging throughout the day & evening.Location a bit rubbish but only €2 on the bus into town or a 10min scooter ride.Beach area poor and wouldn’t pay for the beds as they were practically falling apart. Pool area great, no issues finding beds first 3 days but very busy towards the end of our stay… pool shoes and a tshirt advisable for the slides. Shop within the hotel expensive with atleast €1 added on to normal prices but lovely friendly shop across the road. Also restaurant/bar over the road does amazing pizzas and can takeout. Water sports on the beach outside Mitsis hotel next door was fab & highly recommend.Overall I can’t complain, we paid £1k for a week, 1 adult & 2 older teens and I feel we got what we paid for, the hotel has a lot of potential. I wouldn’t like to be there in high season unless some changes were made, we wouldn’t return but we did have a lovely week away on a budget.     Run down and more like a 3 star hotel!

    Currently staying at this hotel. This is our second time staying here. What a mistake weve made coming back. The hotel has gone completely downhill since last year. Took over half an hour to check us in finally got to our room at 2am to find they hadnt given us a key! We then got into our room not even a bottle of water was left for us neither was there any available im reception when we arrived. Room is very basic run down. Weve not had our room cleaned or given clean towels since weve been here. We asked at reception and were told this would only be done once during our stay. Our aircon isnt working again we told reception and were told that the aircon doesnt get turned on untill July!! The place is totally understaffed long queues at every bar, the tables in the restaurant are never cleared so there is no where to sit. The sunloungers are all falling apart and coverd in rust. We cant believe how bad this place has got in a year its definately not a 4star hotel anymore.
