  Hotel is a short working distance from beach which is nice. Hotel is very basic,but appropriate pricing for it. It is bit dates bur really very clean. Reception staff is very helpful..If you are really on a budget it is an ok place. Beds are big,but not comfortable. No soundproofing if you wanna good sleep. Breakfast is basic,but you definitely not gonna stay hungry( cerial,ham, cheese, feta, greek youghurt, tinned peaches, buns,sweet cake, boiled eggs toast, jams,butter). Very good Wifi,nice view from the balcony.Not very pleasant smell from the bathroom,so we kept door closed at all times. No shower curtain,so froor in bathroom was swimming.. shower head broken. No hairdryer( we did not ask at reception tho,we preaumed it has to be in a room)

  Terrible hotel. Should be called a hostel. We was there for 10days. On arrival the man on reception was very miserable. No bar. No snack bar as advertised. No pool. The shower was a small shower tray with a curtain on a plastic thing. Towels changed once beds not changed at all. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. They did empty bins but that's all. I should give it no stars really

  Arrived late and welcomed by a lovely member of staff..we were on first floor at the front which was very loud with traffic as a main road .. room was ok bed and pillows comfy , bathroom very small and dated shower was the worse I have ever had, curtain held up by plastic poles .. towels wasn’t refreshed every day either which is not hygienic..breakfast was continental very basic but suffice .. write up on hotel says across the road from the beach it’s not it’s the harbour!and also says a ten minute walk to main shops which is more like twenty ..the bar just along the road though was lovely and went there most nights as staff so friendly..first time visit to Kos and we absolutely adored the place so will be back..but for the money we paid it was fine ..

  We were here 2 years ago and you can read my review then. We knew what to expect and we had a ground floor room with a balcony facing the garden area which got the sun in the afternoon so very handy for drying clothes. The shower is small as others have said but didn't affect us. Always hot water. We brought a travel kettle so we could have tea or coffee sitting outside in the sun. I described the ample breakfast before and it was included in the cost of the 2 week holiday as before. The breakfast must be good as one couple packed as much as they could into a carrier bag as well as as eating lots 😄 not forgetting taking bottles of water and juice away. Just as well they were the only ones otherwise the hotel might have second thoughts about including breakfast. The staff were very friendly and hard working. We were given bottles of water while we waited for a late pickup and offered coffee as well !.As far as we are concerned it's not far to the harbour but some people might think otherwise if they have walking difficulties. The hotel are planning to have a swimming pool so that will be a bonus. We missed last year because we came in April and the hotel opens in May so expect to be back next year. Very good value for money 😊

  Read reviews before going, most were accurate! We had an amazing holiday, didn’t expect too much from the hotel was just a place to sleep for us! Staff come across not very helpful and friendly to start, but they warmed with friendly persuasion :) air con hit and miss, beds rather hard, one pillow, in middle of very busy roads, lots of traffic noise! But after a busy day in the sun, sight seeing good meal at night we slept like babies :)Shower warm and powerful, shower curtains need replacing not with being up! No kettle or hairdryer (took own) there is a small fridge which is ample size doe drinks etc.. Oh breakfast wasn’t for us, we ate breakfast out! They need more covering on foods offered to keep fkys at bay. Coming right out of hotel there’s small local beach, beach bar, supermarket and tavernas, all brill service and good food and drinks! Left out of hotel beautiful scenic walk into Kos town, slow stroll took us about 25 mins! Too many lovely places to eat and drink to mention.
