Location

The hotel is situated in an optimal location in the heart of the city, 10 m from the beach and about 500 m from the city centre and tourist centre. The apartment hotel has 66 non-smoking rooms and 60 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Just returned home this morning, I would advise anyone booking to check their room at booking, we paid extra for a sea view and was put in room 619 on arrival, which I have to say is the worst room we have ever had over the years ( room on ground floor down the ginnel at the side of the hotel, the balcony looked straight on to the side entrance to the hotel with people literally nearly on your balcony as they came in, no light at all due to flanked by the hotel and building to the other side of it, the sea could be seen vaguely but not a sea view, complained straight away on arrival but had to till after 6 the following evening to be allocated another room, resulting in a very stressful first 24 hours in resort. A number of others were unhappy with their “sea view” rooms . The cards for the rooms were temperamental, we were locked out on a number of occasions needing to go to reception to sort. Staff are very keen to tell people if they bring drinks or food to the pool, even the drinks that are in the room mini bar are not allowed even though you are paying for them, we saw a number of people put in their place about this. We enjoyed Kos and made the most of our stay, however would not book this hotel again and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

    Good location, walking distance to Kos town. Although I didn’t realise the hotel was above a shop, so not aesthetically pleasing..Lots of restaurants on the way, facing opposite the beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was fine for sunbeds..plenty, as long as you get yourself down in the morning at a decent time. Staff were quite observant to ensure you’re not consuming food and drink that hasn’t been bought from the hotel bar etc..The Greek night held by the hotel was great fun😊 nice food and cocktails on the menu to order!

    We came 2 years ago when it had just had a makeover. You know what they say, never go back. The hotel is tidy and the staff lovely but unless you pay premium its become ordinary especially the constant thumping "music", more like 2 star Benidorm than 4 star Kos
