The hotel is situated near to a quiet road about 2 km from the centre of Kardamena village. The studio complex is just across the street, within walking distance. Kos Town is some 30 km away.

We stayed at Mammis Beach Hotel and were absolutely delighted! Great location: just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. The room was clean and cozy, with a sea view. The pool was also great. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends! Excellent value for money.

It's great to be able to relax in such a wonderful place. The main advantage, in my opinion, is that there is a swimming pool and the beach is nearby. That's great!

Everything was as described. Very clean pool, nice breakfast, and very close to the airport (10 min drive). The atmosphere is very traditional and friendly. The only small thing is the 15-20 minute walk to the main town, but it's very peaceful here. The beach is just a few steps away, so you don't need to go far for a swim. We enjoyed our stay very much. Efcharisto!

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. Calm place right by the sea, we really liked. Room was simple,but clean, staff friendly and easy to talk. Beach is just in front, and sunsets from restaurant were really good. Good hotel for quiet rest

I really enjoyed my stay at Mammis Beach Hotel and would happily return in the future. The hotel is located right by the sea, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for travelers who want to relax away from crowded tourist areas.
