Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 175 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Various dining options are available, including 3 restaurants, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Let me start by saying that it is NOT a 5-star hotel - like in Turkey. The hotel needs improvement (especially maintenance + attention to the beach). Everything at the spa is paid (nothing is included). Nice staff...especially Maria one of the girls on the Ambrosia terrace. The food is ok (you can find something to eat if you are not very picky). The bus to Kos town is taken from the main street (don't expect a well-arranged bus stop). My main problem was the beach. The beach is rocky (little sand) + concrete slabs (about 2 or 3) that have no place in that beautiful sea. Clean water without algae but I also found many glass shards on the beach (so you will definitely need shoes). I hope a thorough cleaning is done in this regard, especially for families who come with children. I rented a bike from Motorway rental (which is not very far from the hotel and has reasonable prices). The island offers you plenty to do. Overall, with the small minuses, it was a wonderful vacation. If I were to go back there...definitely YES. A little attention from the management and major improvements would be made. Otherwise, I wish you all the best. Enjoy this beautiful island - the island of Hippocrates.

    What an amazing ten nights we have had. Staff are all so friendly, food and cocktails were lovely. While I wouldn’t say it’s 5 star ( more like a 4) it’s a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Service was 10/10 Rooms definitely need updating. Would still return. Special thank you to alexis. Best Barman! Ten min taxi ride to old town which is so beautiful on an evening.

    So far it's actually really lovely, I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this hotel but I'm going to update my review as my stay goes on, it's my first day + night and I'm pleasantly surprised, the food is out of this world, yes the rooms aren't great very old fashioned and not very modern for a 5 star but they do the job, the staff.. extremely friendly very welcoming and made it very clear of all information we needed to get us strated on our holiday!Main focus points that have caught our eye so far are that it's very quiet and the cocktails are very tasty and attractive. Photos to follow 🤗❤️

    Really don’t understand the bad reviews given here. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first evening. Taken to our apartment with a plate of sandwiches, fruit and cake as we’d missed the buffet. Room is lovely and clean and has everything we need. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi is great (albeit a little chilly)!Bars are great and staff work really hard to get everyone served quickly. Good choice of cocktails too! Buffet is pretty much the norm for all inc. Staff again work really hard to keep on top of the cleaning and always with a smile. All in all I would totally recommend. Only thing I would suggest is a little bit of music by the pool, but do understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. P.s very rocky getting into the sea here, so pool shows are a must!
