    Extreme relaxation

The owners Spiros and Dena made every effort to make our holiday experience special. The appartment had good air conditioning and fresh towels as required. A very relaxed pool area with no sunbed wars. A nice flat walk to Kos town and plenty of taxis to return. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would return

Our stay at this hotel was overall quite pleasant, with a lovely, relaxed vibe. The pool area, including the kids' pool, was a definite highlight, and we really enjoyed the spacious green area with all the animals – the chickens and cats added a unique touch! The games available for both adults and children were a nice bonus, and having a bar area for coffee and snacks was convenient. We found the staff to be incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. However, there are a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. The cleanliness in our room could be improved – the shower, for instance, had some noticeable buildup that could easily be addressed with a bit of cleaner. Also, while we booked a double bed, we found two twin beds pushed together, and the mattress setup was a bit unusual, consisting of what felt like four individual mattresses. The lack of a TV in the room was a minor inconvenience, and having to pay extra for the safe key felt a bit unnecessary. On the plus side, our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this hotel could truly shine. Despite the few drawbacks, we had a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

We’ve had a lovely time at Olgas apartments. I honestly don’t know how people could complain about this place for the budget. Our apartments have been lovely. We had two for a family of four but probably could’ve just stayed in one, they’re much more spacious than we thought. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is really nice with lots of loungers. Couple of nice restaurants nearby and some nice beach bars. Lots of bikes to rent and scooters to get into Kos Town.Olga is lovely and very helpful, personally we loved the chickens roaming and the roosters. Reminded me of my travelling days (but in much more comfort). They don’t wake you up with the door shut!

Room paid for not provided. Owner very aggressive and abusive, she agreed to refund us the difference but didn’t.

Booked to stay here august 2023. We booked to family rooms which included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen. When we arrived our friends where shown to their room which was as stated. When I was shown our room it was nothing like what we booked. It was one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with kitchen. Two camp beds had been made up in the living room. When I questioned the owner she said it was a better room. I said no we wanted and paid for the same as our friends. She was not having it at all and said there had been a mix up with booking.com some months ago. When my husband returned he went to see her with Vik who had booked the two rooms. Our room was at the end of the apartment block and we’ll away from reception. However all I could hear was the owner screaming at vik and my husband. She would not listen to their requests to send the email where booking.com changed the booking. She was extremely rude and vile to vik and my husband. We contacted booking.con and they said it’s not the first time they’d had complaints about this hotel. When we returned home booking.com stated the owner agreed to refund us the difference in room costs. That was on the 17 august whilst we were still there. But she has never refunded anything at all. I’m annoyed that booking.con haven’t intervened and removed her from their site as she doesn’t deserve to have people stay there when she’s so rude and does t refund the money she owes. A further two friends came to stay with us that week and their room was awful. Leaking fridge with water all over the floor. No lights in the bathroom, room was dark and smelt of damp. The room we were given was ok, the cleaners came into us each day, but not to the other two rooms. Air con worked but the shower was a nightmare. The tap to the shower continually shook and made a huge amount of noise. There was no hot water after 4pm. The damp beds were really uncomfortable for our 13 and 16 years old. Hence we booked the biggest rooms so they’d have a proper bed. The bar was open during the day but if you wanted food between 5 until 8 you had to wait until the staff showed up. There’s no entertainment here and they play the same music each day. We cooked our own food as there’s a market down the road, bought our own drinks to the pool and one night did a mezze with all our friends. There is a hotel across the road the Olags. They served food, have entertainment and you can use their pool. Much better atmosphere than Olags. Staff are extremely friendly too and it’s only a 3 minute walk away. One thing I’d say is don’t let the owners screaming and shouting put you off complaining if you need to. One couple continually complained about their fridge leaking and all she did was give them extra towels to soak up the water after shouting at them. The young couple seemed taken back and shocked but didn’t insist something be done. Kos is a beautiful place just a shame owners like this one spoil it with their horrible behaviour and lies.
