  As accommodation is quite expensive in Kos, this hotel was one of the most affordable I found. I I stayed there fore 3 nights. Looking at the photos of the hotel I was a little afraid...Admittedly, the decoration of the hotel is very outdated but that's also part of the hotel's charm! (the furniture, the amenities, everything is from another era but I couldn't say which one!). But frankly nothing to say, the hotel is very well located (close to the old city, to the port, to the bus station…), I felt very safe, the rooms are really clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and above all the staff are really very nice and helpful!

  We were looking for a hotel for one night near the port as we were catching a ferry to Lipsi the next morning. The pheathon was perfect for this, it has a 24 hour reception with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are very clean. The hotel does not have a lift.We could not book here for our return journey to the airport as they were fully booked, but even so they very kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them until our return transfer company picked us up to go to the airport.

  The hotel is exactly as illustrated in the photos and reviews. It's a decent hotel, close to centre of the capital -within a 7 min walk- staffed with polite and helpful people. It was really clean and there is an everyday cleaning policy. There is also a 24h reception which is really needed in a case of a wierdly scheduled flight. I rate it with a 4/5 cause the breakfast could be updated. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely choose it again for my next visit.

  A lovely Central Kos City Hotel

  A great hotel in Central Kos City, the reception ladies Liesbet and her evening colleague were absolute starsxabd a fountain of local knowledge. A slightly older building but very well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. Freezing Air Con and a lovely shower. I fully recommend this hotel. Its a 5/10 min walk to the Bus Station, Harbour , Old Town or Bar Street. Lots of local stores to get your basics.

  We stayed one night to catch our flight next day. The staff is really kind and helpful. Room was small with a very small bathroom, but clean.Close to all you need, bus stop f.x.the only complain is a little smell of tobacco. I think you may smoke on the balcony. Breakfast simple, but okay.
