Location

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach on the north side of the island, near Mastihari village, 18 km form the city of Kos and just 8 km from the airport. It is built according to the Aegean style of architecture, in blue and white, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens with palm trees and colourful flowers. This resort, facing the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea, remains an ideal place for holidays. The nearest public transport connection is 500 m from the hotel, whilst shops, bars, and restaurants can be found in Mastihari 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort has a lifts and features 265 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort also offers snacks.     I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was super nice, and the vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the time there. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.A special shoutout to Thomas, the bar manager. He was amazing! Super friendly, always in a good mood, and really made sure everyone was doing well. He kept checking in on guests and created such a nice atmosphere at the bar. You can tell he really cares.The only small downside was the buffet, it wasn’t always clear what the dishes were since there were no labels. But honestly, everything else was so good that it didn’t matter too much.I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back

    Zografina, thank you very much for your time, the welcome was very warm and it really feels like a whole family holiday. Every question we made was attended super professionally but at the same time very friendly and welcoming! The food is super fresh, everyone finds something for themselves.     Not a great experience...I would say it is a 3 stars, not 4 stars hotel. Cons. Meal times were a disaster, lack of choice, not a great quality food, beach bar food quality is even worse. Constant shortage of mugs, cups and cutlery, having to ask staff every single time for a spoon definitely ruins all meal experience. Sunbeds a bit dated and lack of entertainment in the evenings. We went at the end of season maybe that's why they did not bother to put any professional shows, so felt a bit boring. Could not drink any cocktails as well, bartenders do not mix them on the spot but poor mixtures from the packages, which tasted terrible, if you want a decent drink you have to pay extra.As a family of four we were given a twin room with a sofa bed which was very weird. The hotel was only half full but reception said they could not change the room to a double bed, which was very disappointing.Pros. Beach and scenery was nice, front area with infinity pool was also pleasant. Sea water was clear and room was clean.
