10/10 From arriving at this resort to friendly smiles from the reception team was always very helpful Just a wonderful resort and holiday all round , The room was really nice modern and spacious also spotless the cleaners where brilliant, bar and restaurant staff always worked so hard to to make us feel well looked after on our stay . The pool was Lovely lots of sun lounges to chose from was it was alway clean and tidy around the pool also the lifeguard Jonny was great fella everyone who worked at this hotel was just so friendly and helpful always going that extra mile they worked so hard. The animation team was mostly French but ALEX was absolutely wonderful he went above and beyond with the guest . Also a massive shout out to the manager of the hotel what a wonderful lady she is always smiling interacting with the guest to make sure we was well looked after by her staff I got a really good vibe that she was also a great manger to her staff at this hotel The deputy manager was wonderful tooHonestly I can’t say anything bad about my stay at this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the near future Thank you so much sun palace TEAM 👏🏻👏🏻 The spa treatment was amazing tooThank you and see you all soon ❤️❤️

    Allo,Allo !

    rating16 May 2026

After spending almost 1 and a half hours on Tui transfer bus and 7 drop-off later, we arrived for 1 week All inc spent at this quiet secluded Tui France hotel, excellent staff, room was good and cleaned daily, bathroom needs updating tho, and extremely firm beds , food was ok but needs improvement, Wi-Fi is hit and miss. French animation team excluded the English until people complained, but Alex certainly made up for their ignorance. What an asset to the hotel he is. Could do with the hotel bringing in some good live entertainers singers, tributes etc. Management ,I feel did listen to the complaints. Let’s hope they make the changes. And they did provide us with extended room due to our evening flight home.No sunbed wars here, loungers are plenty but hotel had low occupancy. But there are lots of mosquitoes , bring a good repellent and bite cream, especially as entertainment is outside.Tourist tax is €10 per night, per room, bit expensive imo. Drinks are limited , if you want premium ie Baileys, Smirnoff etc it’s €9 !! Extortionate considering we were All inc. I would add this is a hotel mainly for Adults as little to do for teens and nothing near to hotel, a taxi into Kos town can be booked via reception , as no buses were running whilst we were there.Overall a relaxing stay at a hotel that needs some tweaking.

A lovely week in the Greek sunshine

    rating13 May 2026

This is a French hotel and has just started to take British guests. The evening entertainment is all in French, and creates issues for the British to be involved. The afternoon entertainment is more suited to children rather than adults. The hotel is very well presented in a quiet area, close to a peaceful nature reserve. There is a stoney beach with a few sunbeds, which overlooks the sea and the Turkish mainland.Kos Town is a one hour walk or a taxi which the hotel would arrange. Overall the hotel is very good value for what we paid, the food is good with plenty choice and mainly of French style, although we would have liked to have seen more Greek specialities. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, but it was Alex who stood out, he was such a lovely, kind and thoughtful person and helped us feel very welcome, he made our stay much better and was great fun to be with. I'm not sure if we would return though, unless the hotel makes an effort to include and cater for the British guests more.

    Good value for money

    rating12 May 2026

Overall a good hotel. The service stood out amongst all. Rooms were kept clean. Was happy with the food also, a good variety especially for protein. The WiFi in our room was sadly weak, we were staying in a room behind the pool bar. I'm sure the WiFi is better for rooms in the main block of the building. Also our room safe required a key and not a code which was a minor inconvenience. During the day there's always something to do. If you're an English speaker, Alex from the Entertainment team will be your guy. He made our stay better, he's a down to earth genuine guy, had great fun with him. Be sure to join the weekly morning hike up a hill, you get to stop off at a local farmer's house who sells honey and olive oil. Was a great experience.
