    Clean and modern with a beautiful garden

    A wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable small apartment with a great view of the well kept garden. Ta Spitakia is just a 10 min drive from Kos/beaches and a 5 min drive from the nearby supermarket. Having a car is a big plus, as riding a bike everywhere is maybe too long (and way too hot). The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is nice, there are enough pillows and you are given fresh sheets every day (and fresh towels most days as well). The ground keeper is really nice, helpful and friendly and keeps the place well kept!The best part of this apartment is definitely the outside area. There is a generous space between each house and each terrace is secluded by either trees or a screen while still maintaining a nice view of the olive grove and grass. You feel as if you have the garden all to yourself. We thought we would miss a pool, but we didn’t at all! The wind and ample shade provide plenty of coolness. It really is a nice secluded area away from all the busy tourism of Kos. Highly recommend!

    Peace and quiet in a beautiful garden

    Stayed in the two person "white studio". Spacious, clean, well equiped with a kitchen, large fridge, airconditioning, own wifi (which had good reception, also in the garden). Large private patio with a swinging chair. Daily cleaning and fresh towels and bed linen. Very kind cleaner/ grounds manager who brought us fresh figs from the garden. Private parking behind an automatic gate, which is remote controlled (remote attached to the keys of the studio). Restaurants and supermarket indeed not within walking distance, but this is no problem at all when you have a car. You'll love the peace and quiet and beautifully maintained garden you'll get in return!
