    Good budget hotel in good location

    Spent a week in a one bedroom apartment with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. For the price we paid, the apartment was fine. Spotlessly clean, kitchen facilities not brilliant but basically functional. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Apartment was large, comfortable beds, air conditioning good. Excellent location for beach and restaurants. Good pool at back of hotel. The only downside was poor WiFi. I would definitely return again for the price paid.

    Lovely Hotel Close To Town

    We stayed in 212. It had a bedroom with two large comfy singles pushed together. A balcony, desk, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a safe keys available at reception. Unable to fit tablets in it. A huge bathroom with over bath shower. Living area with another balcony air conditioning a sofa bed and a single bed. TV with access to Netflix, Prime and YouTube. A couple of channels are English speaking with subtitles. Table and 4 chairs and a kitchenette which has a fridge with icebox, microwave, coffee maker, kettle 2 ring electric hob and sink. Find the supermarket I have put in the photos, really helpful friendly staff. You will need to buy a dish scrub and washing-up liquid. Our balcony looked to the beach at the side/front both have a table and 2 chairs.The pool is wonderful, so peaceful. If you fancy going to the beach then it is just across the road €4 for a bed for the day, great drinks and meals here too! 10 minute walk into Kos town center or there are buses. Staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Will be back!

    Nice Hotel By The Beach

    A week on my own in the sun, sometimes you just have to say sod it book that plane ticket and go chill, that’s certainly what I did at the the Theodorou Beach hotel, staff nice, room refurbished, air con included in my rate, shower good size, no issues with hot water for showering, room all areas nice and clean, pool area great, location just what I like close enough to enjoy the town but peaceful when at hotel. Beach over the road, good bike hire, frequent buses to town if you’re feeling lazy. And no kids disturbing the piece win win. All in all ticks so many boxes.

    Cheap sunbeds at only €4, always had some available even during busy times. Nice swimming area which is safe for children. Food is decent and staff very accommodating. My only fault is the beach being quite dusty with lots of seaweed

    Front of hotel rooms do have a bit of traffic noise but quietens down after +/- 10.00 pm .We went end of season so it was not very busy . Bar in hotels was closed ( end of season ) . Cafe and bar across from hotel . Beach was sand but going into water pebbles .Hotel was 10 min walk from centre . Would recommend this hotel .
