    Good family resort

    rating30 May 2026

We enjoyed a week here for May half term as a family of 5. We were in rooms 3112 and 3114 and these were perfect as they were near the reception area and so away from any noise of entertainment/pools but offered a lovely view of the sea. Rooms really spacious and clean, maids came in every day to mop/change beds and towels. Food was nice, a bit repetitive like most all inclusives but always somwthing tasty. Lots of grilled meats and fish, plenty of salad, always plain pasta with a choice of two sauces. The freshly made pizzas were delicious! Snack bar by the pool was good although long queues. Self serve drinks good as were the drinks at the bar. A la carte wasnt amazing, but worth ut for a change one night. Hotel very isolated but taxi to Kos or Tigaki was €15 euros each way and worth a visit for a change of scenery. Nothing much to walk to around, there is a nice sandy beach 5 mins to the left of the hotels gritty beach. We found the pools were great, kids loved the wave pool and the slides! Sunbeds went quickly but we preferred sitting on the beach as quieter and there always seemed to be beds free there anyway. Evening entertainment pretty rubbish, kids mini disco was 8.30- 8.50ish then other entertainment started around 9.15 but we didn't really enjoy it. Need a cardi or something in the eve as can get windy as entertainment outside right by the sea. Overall we enjoyed our stay, special mention to the (payable) ice cream bit by the pool- the praline was amazing! And v cheap, think €1.50 a scoop? Fresh crepes also. One woman manning the place so can get a queue/she can get easily confused! But was worth it.

    Fantastic family holiday

Great hotel, waterpark on site a huge plus for the kids (and adults). Draught beer is self service - no queues. Adjacent to the beach, sea lovely to swim in. 10 minutes to Kos town by taxi, well worth a visit for a Gyros!

    11 nights in Kos

    rating29 May 2026

Fantastic holiday at this hotel, the food was lovely couldn't fault anything. Especially the snack bar outside different meat each day then chips, pizza and plenty of salad. Large choice of cocktails/mocktails plus soft drinks and hot drinks. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. When we arrived a buggy was waiting to take us and our luggage to our room which we weren't expecting and was a great help after a long day of travelling. Pools are great something for everyone, sunbeds do get busy so get your towels down early. The hotel is quite isolated but they run taxi's to Kos town and other places. There is an extra charge for this. The city bus that runs from outside the hotel never turned up, we stood there for 2 hours! The sandy beach is beautiful a 5 minute walk up from the hotel. The rooftop bar and a la carte restaurant was really nice too definitely worth a visit. During the evenings watching the entertainment it was windy unsure if this was because it was May or this is always the case. Room was clean and spacious, fresh towels daily. Only negative for us was that we had birds in the roof of our room that made noise all hours of the night so we didn't manage to get much sleep.

    Great hotel

    rating28 May 2026

Having read a few negative reviews I was a little apprehensive but was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We had no issues with hot water. Food selection was great. The pools are fab, kids were well entertained and the adults enjoyed them too. Plenty of space in the pool and loads of sunbeds and parasols available. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Flora in particular was so lovely to my young daughter helping her to learn Greek. I really couldn't fault the hotel and would strongly recommend it for families with children.

    Family trip

Location wise this is in the middle of no where with no shops around. Its an hours walk to tigiki but the hotel has a mini bus service that takes u to tigiki or kos town upto 4 people €15 upto 8people €30.The atmosphere is a bit bland we found some staff to be very rude and unapproachable. The lady on reception in the evening with long black hair really needs to work on her customer service extremely rude. The staff in the shop not engaging not even a hello. (This was a first as we love to chat to them) the nicest staff member we met was the lifeguard so friendly approachable and the kids loved him he worked hard during the day a lifeguard at night the bar! That man needs a payrise. Rooms are beautiful and well kept a man gave us a lift on the golf cart to our room which was nice. However we did request a ground floor room but ended up upstairs. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbours and i mean EVERYTHING! The maid kept the room lovely. The bed was so comfy and slept well however the put up sofas are like sleeping on wood. If your upstairs your balcony is open and no airer so we used the chairs. Storage was a bit short and if ur a short person good luck reaching the rail in the wardrobe.Pools- were fantastic the kids loved them. The big pool was a walk in pool and remained shallow for a good length and every hour the wave machine went off. The kids slides were a hit with all. Just a shame some parents feel they dont have to watch their kids and allow them to climb the slides. Id wear beach shoes as sharp bits in the pool along with sand and the tiles around the pool extremely slippery! Sunbeds were plentiful and you didnt have to get up and reserve them. Pools open at 10am. Food- fresh pizza made non stop the man that made them was amazing. If your a fussy eater or have a beige eater yourl be fine. Pizza chips everyday and nuggets occasionally. Plain pasta then able to add sauce. Not much chicken mainly pork and fish. Pool bar food was hetic and dangerous so slippery on the tiles if someone was dripping wet infront of you. Not much choice at the pool bar mainly pizza and chips. Its a shame the toastie maker wasnt out for lunch to!Drinks! Now for a 4star id expect branded coke etc but its all cheap if u want branded u have to buy the cans cocktails were ok once we asked for less alcohol and help yourself beer stations. The man keeping watch over the self serve drink station kept it so clean and tidy and helped children. Shop- is basic and extremely small but has the basics. But if in town id grab what you need there. Spa we didn’t use. Entertainment- during the day the kids club is open and we visited a few times nikki was extremely friendly and amazing with the kids. Round the pool they have your usual games of aqua gym, water polo, stretching, darts etc but so much potential like family games cocktail games etc. the evening entertainment starts at 8.30 with 30 minutes of mini disco the kids loved it and the entertainment team danced their socks off. The evening entertainment could have some improvement when no out sources act on and i also wanted to show them how to end a night properly without just shutting everything off. There is so much potential to make the entertainment amazing. That isnt a fault on their staff but the management running the programme. I’d have been more than happy to help as an ex ents manager myselfGelato as a 4star hotel we were shocked that we had to pay for ice cream round the pool! I no its only a few euros but this is not the point. We did walk to the restaurant and get ice cream there in the take away pots. Usually weve had tubs of ice cream or help yourself. The grounds were kept clean just a shame people couldn’t put their plastic cups in the bin as they kept blowing around and in the pool. Overall this was a nice hotel staff nice some extremely rude and need customer training. If this hotel was closers to things for us that would have been amazing.Rubber mats were needed in areas to stop people from slipping especially at pool bar and gelato bar and the walk to the slides so DANGEROUS!But overall we had a good holiday Remember these are our thoughts and you may have a different experience.
