  Very spacious apartments, with a pleasant outdoor space that allow access to the well-kept pool. Convenient location relatively close to the center of Kos reached by a nice walk of about 2.5 km. A few meters a well-stocked supermarket. I just found the shower a little 'small and curtained. Exceptional quality of sleep. Recommended. Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.   There was one guy at the pool starting a fight with us because we played a little bit of music while swimming and making fun of the whole culture and saying germans are way better.I would not go to this hotel if you like having fun.That guy at the pool sucks all the fun out of your vacation and he thinks hes all that.

  Improvement points to optimize services

  Nice complex with clean pool. Unfortunately, the bar was closed every day, so you could not buy drinks or have breakfast on site.Because the bar was always closed, the atmosphere is impersonal, a kind of Motel sleeping alone, so the service towards the guests clearly leaves something to be desired.Why does the pool close at 6 pm and is it provided with barrier tape?Owner not visible at reception and no occupation so you can not easily ask questions. Elderly couple was mainly present early in the morning, but spoke limited English.Apartment is fine, you do notice that it is decaying and an update would not be wrong. Kitchen is fine for making coffee/tea and the fridge, but you should not think that you can cook whole meals here (lack of pots/pans etc.).Air conditioning is not included that costs € 5, - per day and tourist tax must also be paid at reception on arrival.The bed was very hard hence immediately asked for a topper.There is a clothesline but without pegs, we had to buy it ourselves according to the Owner. We are also used to dish soap, sponge and disposable kitchen towels, which we bought ourselves and left for the next guests.The adjacent Nicon Hotel and Alexandra Beach are quite noisy, guests talking and laughing loudly on their balconies well into the night, pool billiards where you hear the balls (roll out), cozy evenings supported by live music, you hear all this at Yiannis.Since we could not have breakfast in complex, we did this at the neighboring hotels.   Peaceful stay full of Greek charm!

  Full of Greek charm - a wonderful family run business with apartments perfect for kids, families and couples. Clean rooms, large pool, fantastic location, short walk to the bars and restaurants in Kos town or the bus stop is just a 5 minute walk down the road. Bam Bam is a great shop located a short walk down the road from Yiannis, great for lots of local produce & last minute souvenirs, they even changed some English money for us at a great rate. We would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet, relaxing time with your family or as a couple. You can come and go as you please. It’s really faultless.
