    Clean, safe, friendly and competitively-priced…near the beach!

    I found this hotel to be great for what I needed. Beautiful grounds with lots of birds, quiet setting, safe. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and I actually extended my stay one night to continue work as I am on a deadline in the middle of my vacation.     Water leaking everywhere, smells in carpet and wet carpet that did not look clean in hallways. Windows with plastic over them. The front area looked like it needed a lot of work.
