  Stunning views from Hotel Aliki

  Aliki Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel, with such stunning views, its surroundings are so calm & peaceful. The rooms are lovely & the views of the mountains & sea are breathtaking.The staff here have made our stay so special, they are so welcoming, caring & friendly.   The perfect week away.

  This was our second stay at The Aliki having gone in 2020. You are treated as friends from the moment you enter. Vasilli, Inga, Valia and the team are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. This is a place to relax, take in the view and recharge those batteries. Hire a car and see the beautiful island of Lefkada. We had a wonderful week.   Wonderful Holiday

  Spent 10 nights Sept 25.Fabulous hotel, incredible views and amazing staff. Rooms, breakfast, pool area and customer service are all great(Go for the sea view rooms). Dimitrius, Christina, Aaris, Rivi, the breakfast lady and of course Val(excuse the spellings) were on hand and looked after us superbly. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back to see these guys again. Slightly remote but so peaceful with easy access to Nidri/Nikianna (Bus or Taxi). Car recommended to see the beautiful island of Lefkada.(next time will remember to bring my licence Val!!)All the best to everyone Ade & Stella

  Lovely hotel fantastic views

  As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a big smile that last’s the whole time that you are there, the girls behind the front desk always have time to advise you on were to eat or were to go or even the bus routes, Dimetri the manager is also always at hand to give you information on restaurants, boat trips and car hire, Arias behind the bar always welcoming and a lovely guyCleaned ever day , fantastic sea views,Pool area nice and quiet, Breakfast simple but had everything!We didn’t hire a car and managed to get around by buses and taxis but I would recommend a car for ease of getting around.All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel!Big shout out to the Legend and the superstar at the front desk Webcare Alikihotel, Ιδιοκτήτης at Aliki Hotel, responded to this review Dear Geoff & Elaine,Thank you for your kind words!   Not horrible but disappointing

  The Positives:1. The receptionist—especially the woman working the night shift—was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She’s the main reason I gave the hotel 3 stars instead of 2.2. Our room had a nice sea view, although half of it was obscured by trees since we were on the first floor.3. The reception desk stays open until 23:00, which was a big plus since we arrived late at night. Not all hotels in Lefkada offer late check-in.4. Breakfast was decent overall. While there wasn’t much variety, the quality was acceptable and consistent.5. Daily room cleaning was provided (though there were some issues—see below).The Drawbacks:1. The room was small and very basic. It had an old office-style fridge, no proper table, and no coffee cups—though there was an electric kettle (and an espresso machine with small espresso cups!). The closet was small with no drawers or shelves. The bed and mattress were old and uncomfortable.2. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. Cable TV only worked occasionally, and the only English channel available was BBC.3. Room maintenance was a major issue. The toilet seat was loose and fell off during our stay. The toilet brush was rusty, the soap holder was barely attached to the wall, and several lights and sockets didn’t work. Towels and sheets were worn out and clearly overdue for replacement.4. Housekeeping lacked proper supervision. Items were often left uncleaned, and one day they even forgot to lock our room door—fortunately, nothing was stolen.5. The location isn’t walkable to shops or restaurants, which became more inconvenient than we expected. Every outing required a car, even if you just want to buy something in the supermarket or go to eat outside.Final Thoughts:We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Lefkada, and this one ranked lowest in terms of value for money. My advice to the hotel owner: replace the maintenance manager (if he/she exist)! A full renovation might be expensive, but even small upgrades—like replacing outdated appliances and linens—could significantly improve guest satisfaction.
