    Our motorcycle tour group came here for two nights. Service was excellent. Rooms are spread out over hillside (stairs). Best breakfast of our tour - nuts, dried fruit and seeds to top oats and cherry yogurt; and omelettes to order!     Hospitality That Comes Straight From the Heart

    We are just in our way home from a wonderful week at Crystal Waters, I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to make a exception here- I cannot thank the team enough for making what was a much-needed holiday so special.This trip came at a difficult time for me, following recent surgery and the loss of my mum earlier this year. I arrived needing rest, kindness, and a chance to simply breathe again, and Crystal Waters provided exactly that.The hospitality was genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff made us feel welcome, but there are a few people who deserve special mention.Ioanna greeted us every morning at breakfast with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness. She made us feel valued and looked after from the moment we arrived.Skyidola was wonderful. Not only did she remember my coffee order every morning, but she also noticed that I was still recovering from surgery and wearing an immobilising boot. Without being asked, she brought me a cushion to rest my foot on at breakfast, making me far more comfortable. It was such a thoughtful act of kindness and perfectly captured the level of care shown by the team throughout our stay.Branka was exceptionally kind and caring throughout our holiday. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine concern for guests shone through every interaction and meant more than she probably realises.The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, but it is the people who truly make Crystal Waters special.     Best Hotel in Lefkada!

    Wow wow wow! 🤩 I don’t generally leave reviews but I have to make an exception for Crystal Waters. The members of staff are the absolute soul of this hotel. They are friendly, attentive and can’t do enough for each guest. They all work super hard. We felt truly special and most definitely looking to return. Do not hesitate to book Crystal Waters for your next holiday, if you don’t, you’ll miss out.     Amazing holiday and wonderful staff

    Mixed review - starting with having to trundle up a steep hill to the hotel with our cases as the coach dropped us off at the main road (not hotels fault). Bit of a shock as we opened our door expecting to walk into our room only to find a flight of 16 concrete stairs (fortunately we are fit & able but be warned). The rooms and communal areas are kept immaculately clean and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Shower is fab and the bed very comfortable, our room was mid complex so limited sea view which we were OK with. Breakfast good but would like to have seen more fresh fruit options rather than tinned, they have supplies as you can order amazing fruit platters from pool bar. Lunches at pool bar are excellent, lovely fresh pizza and the salads are fab. The staff are amazing constantly checking throughout the day to see if we needed drinks / food at the 3 pools and also prompt to clear up too. The downside is there is no evening atmosphere, whilst we don’t want Ibiza sounds it would be nice to be able to have a bar area to have a nightcap, but the pool bar closes at 7pm and there is no bar area after this time, apart from the restaurant. A couple of local restaurants in the harbour for a change of scenery. The hotel have missed a couple of ‘tricks’ they have 2 mini buses so maybe they could meet their guests from airport or do a trip to and from daily to both Nidri & Lefkada and charge customers the same as the local buses (which are sometimes unreliable and dont turn up). One other big thing for us would be to have one of the 3 pools adults only as lots of kids with their giant inflatables which they just leave floating in the pools so sometimes an issue when trying to have a leisurely swim, All in all a fab holiday and yes we would return. Cannot commend the staff on their service enough so thank you all. Special shout out to Branka who is such a great asset to the team always on hand and arranged some beautiful special events including a surprise proposal (not ours😂) she made everything perfect for the couple. As with all the staff they greet you with a smile and warm greeting. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.     Amazing vacation

    The most amazing experience ever!One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed in.Not only was service exceptional,the room was a dream and the staff was always friendly and amazing,but I also got surprised with a proposal from my boyfriend who set the whole thing up with the help of Branka and Hristo.But nothing would have been as amazing as it was without the help of Branka who set,planed,organized and made the whole thing happen.She is the most amazing person and I could not thank her enough.I would highly recommend making a life event here because it was so beautifully decorated and planed. Would definitely visit again.
