  Lovely experience in Dolce by Wyndham Bad Nauheim

  We enjoyed a wonderful few days here, I could not recommend the hotel more. From the great architecture, comfort of rooms ,excellent location.(5 min walk to main town)beautiful food and friendly staff.   We attended an event at this spectacular hotel and were blown away from start to finish. Everything was perfect—the warm reception, the delicious dinner, the incredible dessert, and the fantastic entertainment featuring Elvis and live music. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a wonderful evening.   A wonderful place! Amazingly beautiful in autumn! Great atmosphere and excellent cuisine. But I especially want to highlight the staff! On the day of my check-in, I experienced a hypertensive crisis, and the hotel staff took complete care of me: they arranged an ambulance and a trip to the clinic, and the next day they helped me see a doctor and get to a pharmacy despite it being Sunday.   Great place to overnight in Bad Nauheim

  Staff was very , very helpful and pleasant . Room #314 was quite nice , spacious and very clean . Great large windows and glass door on the balcony side of the room with view of nature and greenery. Comfortable small balcony . Nice shower with good water pressure . Comfortable bed with plenty of storage area in room . Major lack was no definitive secure bike storage area . It would seem that a facility this large would be able to put aside a small room or cage for bicycles .On site restaurant has limited menu but food was very good at reasonable price point .Breakfast was definitely full and diverse - many cold and hot choices . Breakfast room was quite large , and very cold the morning we were there . A good experience with some peccadillos .   I got burned inside the facility due to their negligence. Despite the visible injury, the staff did absolutely nothing — not even basic first aid cream, even though they clearly have it for employees.The manager just said “we’re not allowed to give medication” and offered no help at all.Completely unacceptable in a place with saunas and burn risks.Very disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism.
