    Bed bugs everywhere. Lack of responsibility and contact from the manager

    This hotel is full of bed bugs and other bugs. I had my body covered in bites, and all became inflamed since I have allergies to insect bites. I lost two Samsonite luggage due to the infestation of that place.I have been trying to contact the manager for the past 5 days, but he is never at the facility. As soon as I woke up, and still had blood in some areas, a lady from the front desk came to my room to see how I was. She took pictures and said the manager was not at the location, and he would be there on Monday, Jan 19.On Monday, I called, and he had a family issue and couldn't talk to me. On Tuesday, he was occupied. On Wednesday, they simply got all my phone calls and hung up.Avoid this place! The only ones there who will be around you are the bugs, not the manager.I attached the pictures, including one from my pillow with a blood stain and bed bug eggs. I doubt all the other Google reviews are true reviews.They continue to act like that because Wyndham Hotels is not responsible for their mistakes or lack of professionalism, so they keep doing business that way. WILL THE PROPERTY CONTINUE TO REFUSE MY PHONE CALLS OR TO RETURN MY CALLS? I WISH I DIDN'T NEED TO GO TO THE GENERAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.     Rudest staff, no flush toilet, prehistoric TVs, meh food, SO loud at night but comfy bed, then this is the place to go!

    Location is good if you had a medical event as we did at the FW VA the following day. The hotel though, not great. The staff, the absolute worst!!! The front desk guy-white fella, glasses, mid 30's, rudest guy who said we had no reservation, had no intention of helping and when the third party phone operator asked to speak to him he was equally as rude to him and rudely told me "you do know you can book directly through the hotel and avoid this mess right?" I wanted to throat punch him but my husband had surgery the next morning and I was just worried about getting him to our room! After an hour of mucking around, the manager finally came (rude desk man finally chirped up when boss man arrived, go figure) and sorted it, we get to our room, toilet barely flushes, outlets hanging out of the wall, oldest 30 inch TV you've ever seen (okay I lie, it was a box/cube TV but the next one up) for two queen size beds to share. Couldn't see the picture on that small of a TV so didn't even use it, bathroom tap flowed out sideways so was a nightmare to brush teeth and wash hands, the corridor noise was on another level from what we've ever heard before. Kids playing basketball (we were on level one) then a group of men arguing several times so loudly that my husband told me to keep away from the door/bathroom that was against the corridor wall!!! How does the front desk not hear this when we are only three doors down from the front desk? and then the floor above us, lets just say the circus must've been in town because a group of baby elephants were playing jump rope from about pm-11pm! We had a 545am wake up to leave at 630am for the Veterans hospital for husbands surgery and I went to grab breakfast quickly. It was terrible, they had eggs, sausage and I'm not sure if it was oatmeal with raisins in it or gravy with sausage BUT only white bread for toast, well you're screwed if you can't do white bread or cooked breakfast food, only a couple of jelly packets, was only full milk for cereal, no 2% or trim (I know, third world problems) and the hot water pump had cold water so no hot tea. Awesome start to the day! They get a 2/10 because the beds were comfy and we had a queen each so 1 point each bed. Hotel Manager, Owner at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft.     Nasty. Disgusting. Blood on toilet at checkin. Housekeeping never came to clean room. Roaches. AC didn't work good. They have black mold in the AC.
