    Perfect location. I saw some unfavorable reviews and was hesitant to stay there. I was pleasantly surprised. Great hotel. The staff was so helpful telling us about restaurants. Olga thank you for your excellent customer service. It seems the hotel underwent a big renovation. New paint, nice bathrooms and new bigger TVs. Great breakfast with many options. We had a room overlooking the marina with a balcony and it was awesome. I highly recommend it.

    Our stay was almost perfect. The staff were helpful and very friendly.Unfortunately we stayed during the annual cultural festival and some of the performers decided to celebrate about 100 metres away from the hotel, singing and playing a trumpet until after 1.00am.Apart from that, which had nothing to do with the hotel, I couldn’t fault the hotel.     Hello, I suggest avoiding being among the first to go to the canteen, as they serve food from the previous day. It’s better to go later for fresher options — I even found two hairs on my plate, which was disgusting.The room was very small, with thin walls designed to maximize space. When my partner used the bathroom, it was unpleasant to hear him using it — I hope he didn’t hear me! The shower was also problematic: if you stayed longer than usual, water would spill into the room.On the positive side, the cleaning staff did their job properly. The location is also well positioned.

    Cannot believe I have read such poor reviews. 8 of us stayed and we all had a very pleasant experience. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, ac good and location great. This is not a 5 star hotel but you don't pay 5 star prices. I have stayed before and I will stay again. Reception staff very helpful when they understand what you are after but to be fair their English is 100% better than my Greek so I cannot complain about not being understood.

    The hotel Lefkas is definitely not as it is shown online, nothing like the pictures. For 5 nights / 6 days, they didn't clean the room, didn't even throw out the trash, or leave toilet paper....Dirty room, dirty furnisher, Floor .... There was an electric kettle but no tea or coffee in the room.Bathroom has a window looking into the room. Air conditioner was loud and smelled bad. The contact for the TV was broken. Slow internet service. The view from the balcony was very poor looking in the dirty backyards.Terrible service. They treated us in the most disrespectful way possible.The breakfast was disappointing also.
