  The Best Stay Ever

  I've been at this hotel since Feb. 28 and I must say that its been really good... All the staff that I met was the sweetest... Ms. LaTanya has been so helpful with all my needs... She made sure everthing I asked for was given... Ms. Jade was also the sweetest sure made sure all my need was met as well... I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... Very clean and quiet hotel which I love...   Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed due to Max 9 grounding. Finally arrived at hotel at 12:30 to check in, only for front desk to tell me my reservation had been cancelled at 11:15pm. I didn’t cancel the reservation, I was on an airplane, so who did? Front desk didn’t have an answer and didn’t assist in any way possible to accommodate me in another room. Called the corporate line for assistance, they also didn’t help is any way. Said it’s all up to the specific hotel since they are franchised. I asked the guy at the front desk to call his manager and he said no, because she’s asleep. I manager on duty at 12am the morning of the College Football Playoff championship game?? I also witnessed another family of three leave the property because their pull out couch didn’t have a mattress, and Extended Stay literally did nothing to help them out either. On my way out the door, I noticed that family leaving and I felt worse for them than I did for me. My advise to the trip adviser fam… DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE.   Stay away from this rat hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Stay away from this place..! Dangerous !!!!! Rooms smell like pee. Drug addicts are everywhere. Broken furniture. Human feces are at the front entrance.!!!!!!!!!! This place is completely different from what they’re advertising at travel websites.   Booked our room on Expedia 2 months ago. Got to the hotel an the hotel said they did not have a room for us an did not care that we had a reservation number. Did not try at all to accommodate us or to explain what happened an why. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again!
