  Pleasant stay but with plenty of areas that should be considered my management so as to improve.

  Nice hotel with great views of the sea in Petra with hotel rooms set out on a steep hill. The majority of guests tend to be of senior years. including us, and therefore the steep climb in the 30 plus degree heat together with the 250 meter walk on rough concrete, very uneven in parts, both with suitcases on arrival and departure is very taxing. A simple solution to assist guests would be to utilise some of the hotels own vehicles to meet guests arriving at the drop off point and collecting the suitcases and transporting these cases to the hotel and then up to the rooms upon check in. (I would not be adverse to paying a small charge for this and save arriving hot and bothered). The staff themselves used such to transport items up and down the hill.The rooms themselves are clean but quite dated but the bathroom we had was in need of a makeover. The showers are poor with an ill fitting curtain which either sticks to you or bellows out allowing water to swamp the floor. This then makes the floor slippery and walks into the bedroom. A shower glass surround would solve the problem or a bucket and mop for the guests to use could be cheaper solution if money is the only priority. Guest safety should not be jeopardised. The shower tray was of white porcelain but was stained black/grey on the base, shower fitting on the wall was loose. In addition the grout between the wall and floor tile were discoloured and numerous tiles cracked.Breakfast was included and of fare quality but again little things would have improved it like a better selection of fruit each day to go with the Greek Yogurt and not just tinned peaches each day and fresh fruit in general.The service of the Breakfast staff was always efficient with tables cleared and cleaned very promptly and one particular member of staff, a young girl, always found time to chat.Swimming Pool and Bar Area are both very clean and there was always spaces on the sunbeds although some guests seen to reserve the beds in the morning but go off site returning after lunch. The hotel has a policy against that with a sign stating so and whilst they were only a small number doing this not dealing with it could encourage others to do the same and spoil the experience for others.Charges are made for Aircon, Safe Use and Tourist Tax and are requested in CASH. Given that Greece made the acceptance of Cards Law for businesses I failed to understand why this was the case and got a blank look when I queried it.All In All a pleasant week at this Hotel and I would not want to put anyone from staying here but I would have liked to have been made aware of some of these issues before booking. I trust the owner and the tour operator will accept and action this honest and constructive feedback to improve the Hotel..

  2nd time visiting and we had the most amazing holiday.Lovely hotel run by a lovely family.Rooms are cleaned 6 days a week. Air con is €5 per day and works really well. Beds are a bit hard but not too bad at all.Hotel food is good. Lunch menu is small but tasty. Evening menu also small but some really lovely items on it. They usually offer a €15 set menu that changes every day and includes a starter, main and dessert. Breakfast is small but perfectly adequate. No cooked breakfast (except hard and soft boiled eggs) but plenty of bread, cheese, meat, vegetables, yoghurt, cake etc.Pool is wonderful and a great size for a smaller hotel. Also not too deep.Always plenty of sunbeds available and no reserving with towels on a morning which is fantastic!Petra is about 10-15 min walk. We had some beautiful meals but our highlights were the steak at Reef, pizza at 11.4 and Gyros at Marina .There are some beach bars very close to the hotel which are really nice. Highly recommend Cavo Christo beach bar. Their food was gorgeous and they do lovely cocktails too. Hope to come back again as we really love the Island and the hotel itself ??

  Wow wow wow . We just back from Panorama hotel where we spend 3 amazing weeks . All family and staff are amazing . Our room was 503 …. yes you need to get there but when u there you forgot you need to go up to the hill . The view is absolutely one of the best we ever had on holiday . Room was good size . Really clean . Aircon is really good ( we had to turn off at night as was so cold lol ). Going back to how clean it was …. We had many holidays in 5* hotels and they should come to this hotel to have a lessons how to clean the room . Our room was spotless as well as all the area . Pool was so clean . Toilets near the pool spotless . Breakfast was good . I love cucumber and it was the best one I ever ate . Most veg they growing in the garden at the hotel. Pool area …. No matter what time you go you always find free sun bed . Lunch and dinner food is really tasty . Good price to . We met so many ppl that coming there for years . I AM NOT SURPRISED . This was our first time on this island and this hotel but we will definitely go back there . Thank you to all the family and staff for our amazing holiday. OUR RATE 5* . See you soon .

  One of the best family run Greek hotels we have stayed at. Fabulous location, incredibly clean, wonderful staff and food and a gorgeous pool.
