  Beautiful Stay in Milos.

  We had a chance to visit Artemis during our last visit to Milos. The reception staff were really attentive even before check-in. I received prompt responses to all of my emails. We were able to secure a transfer from the port to the hotel, which was very convenient as trying to find a taxi cab from the port can be a hassle. The check-in was very efficient. Our room was uniquely designed and decorated, and we loved the blue touches around it: pillows, decorative rocks, urns, etc. The location of this resort is heavenly—right on the beach with beautiful, clear water. The Aqua Loca beach bar was amazing, featuring beautiful lounge chairs, poufs, and daybeds alongside a friendly and attentive staff. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent. We were also able to schedule transportation to various restaurants and fishing towns around Milos throughout our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beachfront hotel in Milos.

  Our room had the perfect view. They have 3 good food options in the area. They helped us arrange private boat excursions at Anemos next door. They have nice spa with amazing massage therapist. And they rent cars sonypu can explore the island.   Amazing 4 star resort!

  We had a wonderful time at Artemis! The people who work there are just the kindest ever - and they were incredibly responsive and genuinely cared that we had a good time. We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a bit more party vibes than we expected (there is EDM music quietly playing at the beach the whole time), but we were still able to relax and enjoy everything! The food was great, the activities in Milos are wonderful and the transporation was super easy. Thank you for a great stay!   A mixed review - and beware aware of the wasps

  A difficult review to write as so much of the hotel was great. But ultimately I feel that not enough of it was great for the £600 a night price tag. We were staying in a family room. It felt like it needed a bit more thought in its design. It looked nice and very Cycladic, but at the cost of comfort. So, for example, there was a pretty driftwood bar across the wall - but where it was placed meant you couldn’t sit comfortably at all on the sofa (ie anywhere in the room). There was an en-suite toilet - but it was so small there was no room for toilet roll holders / towel rails or a door - meaning there was a direct view of the toilet itself from where you slept (only just over a metre away). And some of the furniture was poor quality (eg the rusty wobbly metal table and chairs on the balcony). Photos attached. Other rooms seemed to have nicer ones - so perhaps we were just given a bad room. The single beds were too hard to sleep on - but they did provide a topper when asked. But the room was clean and provided everything we needed, so it certainly wasn’t all bad. The pool area was lovely - but small, so chances of a bed were not great. There was a beach bar with beds as well, however. The dining area had no fans and there was no breeze - so eating was a sweltering matter. The location was good - right on a beach (albeit not fine sand) with beautifully clear waters. But it was plagued with wasps - apparently it’s a geological quirk (so nothing the hotel could do), but with one of us allergic I wouldn’t have booked had I known. Wasps were everywhere when dining or drinking - and the response was - don’t worry - they dont normally sting. In the restaurant next door they provided burning coffee beans as a natural repellant, but not at the hotel. Location wise, it is quite far from the main town, so I would recommend a car to get around. There are a couple of other restaurants at the beach - one very good (Sirocco), one very average (Pelagos).   Good hotel away from it all, other than some day time beach goers. Nice quality rooms and good service overall

  We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The reception team were really helpful on anything needed; friendly and warm. We were a little frustrated at the beach area/bar with slower service /needing to chase when busy. But it was fine when not so busy. The breakfast was good overall and our room was excellent - really great housekeeping and a quality service - thank you. I'd recommend hiring a car and seeing the island AND exploring the south of the island by boat - it's a great way to combine relaxing with seeing milos. I had two massages at the hotel and they were excellent.
